@eddyliaw82 its called saber dash cancel. It is done by hitting your saber slash, then dashing, then immediately hitting saber slash again. It makes it like a machine gun sword. In X4 it easier for a player to do compared to X5, only because you gain a move in X5 that is done by dashing and attacking and that can mess it up

Yeah, there's a lot of waiting in this game if you play it all the way through. One of my only real complaints about it.
