Lori looks younger today than she did 7 years ago and she’s still as down to earth and an all round lovely lady I also think the host ? Kimberly is doing a fantastic job. She doesn’t talk over her guest and shows interest in what she’s saying and asks sensible questions
I must have been living under a rock. I have not followed you, but I love your taste for vintage and the bee line. Lovely studio layout. We are moving and I have a small room for my quilting studio. ❤️
JUST now ran into this video! Kimberly, you were so nice to your guest. Did not talk over her. When I saw you didn't know what Best Press was - I had to look at the date this was filmed lol - Still some great tips here. Stands the test of time!
Hello Kevin! Lori likes the heavy weight and extreme heat of the vintage irons. Of course you also want to make sure the electrical cords are still in safe, proper working order!
Hi Ray, we have a video on how Lori makes her design boards here: ua-cam.com/video/1nSZtoionpA/v-deo.html Since we released this video, she also sells pre-made design boards too: www.fatquartershop.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=lori+design+board
Hi , I love your vintage muffin pans, can you tell me how you prepare your tins for painting, and what kind of paint you use, thanks so much,, love your sewing room.
Hi Rita! We don't know very much about painting but we would suggest to start with the tins clean and dry and a primer is optional! Also, spray paint seems to work best with muffin tins but we haven't tried it ourselves so let us know how it goes if you try it!
I’m looking for a video on how to install the Riley Blake, Seams Sew Easy. I see it on Lori Holts sewing Machine and I bought one from Fat Quarter... however... I’m dense. How do I install it???
Hello Cathi! To install, you line it up with the needle on center line. Next cut out a space for your feed dogs and needle to go through. use a few pieces of washi tape or painters tape to keep it in place. ua-cam.com/video/p9iKbDlsB9g/v-deo.html
I Noticed the tool attached to your machine that is used for angle sewing and straight line 1/4 inch. Different sizes. Can you tell me where I can get one. Thank you for any help you can give me.
lori hi where do get the sewing machine marker from please i have a brother sewing machine could i still use it please Love all the knoledge you share with us thank you x
Hi Sandra - Lori used to use the Angler marking tool on her machine but they are no longer sold, so Lori created her own, they are called, "Seams Sew Easy" and you can find them here: www.fatquartershop.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=seams+sew+easy%21

Hi Roseanne, we'll have to ask Lori and get back to you!
Love this video...however, the "close captions" feature is ridiculous!
Cannot hear Lori compared to the host and there aren’t any close ups!!!
