दाल मखनी - जीरा राइस ingredients:
Dal Makhani -
Black dal/kali urad- 1 cup
Rajma - 2 tbsp
Tomato puree - 3
Salt to taste
Black cardamom -2
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Butter - 50 gm
For tadka
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Butter - 40 gm
Hing/ Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Fresh cream
Coriander
Jeera Rice Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Coriander - for garnish

I like the way where the chef Yaman is also taking care of the leftover water(by suggesting to keep it for watering plants). He's also advised to keep the platform neat and clean before shooting. However, it's hardly a case when it's untidy. Keep up the good work!
