Ingredients:
2 eggs
150 g sugar
75 g butter
150 g honey
1 tsp. soda
1 tbsp. l. cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cordamom (optional)
470 - 500 g flour
300 g jam (apple, plum)
flour for sprinkling the table
Glaze:
100 g sugar
30 ml water
