I test drove the Jeep Cherokee, didn't like it, the BMW X5, way too expensive, the Acura MDX way too complicated and it felt more like a mini van. I bought a 2014 Touareg TDI Executive used for half the price of the MRSP. I absolutely love this car.. I towed various trailers, my mpg so far in the city is 25, mpg on the highway is 33. All leather, easy open hatch (I just extend my foot underneath the bumper) voila! Not sure why but I get many compliments, not many people see these vehicles in my area I guess. The infotainment is very easy to use, checking engine services all through the touchscreen. The diesel engine is one tough machine. It drives like a sports car. No complaints here. Might up grade in a few years but I'm definitely not letting go this Touareg TDI.
Another reason they still have the "Ignition" slot is to actually charge the key. My Treg and Audi have both the start button and the ignition lot to charge the fob when the battery gets low.
lol you dont need to have the key inserted thats the point of push button...mine stays in my pocket always...decent fuel mileage LOL it has the best mpg of any full size suv...mine gets over 30mpg on the highway consistently
+MrTONYTONYM your kidding me right?...touareg has unbranded brembo 6 piston brakes...exact same as cayenne...the rear discs are nearly 17 inches the brakes are huge and work amazing.

This car has Rear View Camera with Guidance Lines.
Just so you know, you do not need to insert the key. Leave it in your pocket
Camerons Car Reviews Please review 2014 Lexus LX570. Thanx!
Thanks 😊
Good review
The Jeep Grand Cherokee makes this look like an entry level vehicle.
Touareg @ 53 g's and no leather?
are you blind? check again.
Cameron sounds a bit like Kip from Napoleon Dynamite
SCOT M HAHAHAHA Thank you sir
SCOT M this is why I love UA-cam
You don't need to insert the key.
You’re obsessed with jeep Cherokee. So many inaccuracies in this guys review
Braking power is terrible on Touareg. Q5 is much more confident in stopping.
specification for americas market is much different than european. that's why. that's your answer.

Stopping power is crazy
for that price you can get a audi version..wtf
ThatBlackGuy nope. You're wrong. The Audi Q5 is smaller - built on Tiguan platform. The Q7 is bigger and it is a cumbersome, zero-fun, bloated vehicle
Cuz it's the lowest version
many many mistakes, a real amateur in cars.
