    Hello Micheal, just subscribed. Will dig in all those helpful videos soon. As L5 -S1 fused individual I am troubled in getting all info together to make up a weekly safe exercise routine for myself aiming longetivy. Those videos so helpful yet I don't know which exercise to start with, how to order exercises for a daily workout routine, how often, to warm up first or not etc. I think it will be very helpfull for people like me, a series of few full-length workout videos to use in a row.

    How many times a week or day should I do these workouts? I have a L5 S1 2mm disc protrusion. Thanks for posting these videos btw!

      Ideally in the early days you do exercises daily then progress to doing 4-5x per week :)
