I didnt understand a lot of your info, but the diagram was great and helped me understand the theory.

"Simple and Easy" *uses several different computers
So I have a 2001 Camaro SS with the T-56. I just deleted the air injection system. No tune as there is no check engine light. When I press in the clutch, the rpms rise to 2000-2500rpm and stay there for 5-15 seconds if i hold the clutch in or drop it into no gear. The drivetrain also shakes when i let off the gas completely but leave it in any gear. Do you think this is the IAC malfunctioning?
Can you please tell me how to make this adjustment without any of the computer equipment?

Can this IAC device be added to the motor, or the secondary form of power, the horses.
If I can added it to the horses. Does it get installed in the front, or back side of the horse?
In front of the horse. Make sure you restrict mouth-breathing and only allow nose-breathing during cold start-ups. When warm, allow mouth breathing and close off nose breathing. At WOT, make sure both nose and mouth breathing are unrestricted. A tapered cone wrapped around the horse's head can assist in directing extra air towards both nose and mouth orifices, it is expected to see some performance increases with this modification. Lastly, for top performance, use mustang-horses, but beware, as these can be finicky and difficult to handle and tune to spec. Smoothest performance can be achieved by using clydesdale horses, and are often top-picks for luxury limos, dignitaries, and gentlemen with top-hats.

I'm having this issue on a fast 102 bigmouth swap (ls) how far is to far to open the throttle blades?
Guys, I had idling issues after my engine gets warmed up. After months of googling I found IAC is stuck on my palio 1.2 (2002). So I have removed it and cleaned with carb cleaner. I also loosened the spring and removed the thread which comes on it. Now the problem is I don't know how to recalibrate the thread which is present on my IAC. I don't know whether to tighten it till the end of thread. Because I'm concerned about the free back and forth movement of the IAC. Please let me know if you guys know how to calibrate or how much should I tighten the screw thread on my IAC. Thank you!!
did you end up fixing this? I'm having the same issue
My 2018 hyundai santa fe has a slight vibration in both front seats when I engage the ac and am idling. I don't feel the vibration while driving. There is no vibration when ac not in use either driving or idle. Could this is be an iac problem?
I know this is a late answer but very unlikely that would be an iac issue. A car will always vibrate more at idle especially if you apply a load (e.g. AC) because the idle is constantly being fine adjusted to maintain the lowest possible rpm without stalling. Is the engine 4 cylinder or 6?
EDIT: Also the AC compressor doesn't apply a nice constant load like say a water pump. An AC compressor applies a pretty uneven load (i.e. constantly fluctuating) so that is certainly going to cause some vibration. Engine mounts nowadays are designed so well they can hide these things but not completely.
