About Cole & Charisma:
Welcome to the official Roll with Cole & Charisma UA-cam channel! Since the start of our relationship we've gotten a lot of questions about our experiences as not only an interracial couple, but an interabled one as well. On this channel you can catch us doing travel and adventure vlogs, challenges, our inclusion series, couple first times, music, and so much more! We started this vlog to bring people into our lives, to answer some questions about how we navigate the world, and hopefully raise awareness surrounding accessibility and dating in a wheelchair. You'll quickly see in our episodes that we're all about inclusion and keeping a great attitude no matter your circumstances, so if that's what you're into, you're in the right place!
We’re still so thrilled to have celebrated the anniversary of the Rehabilitation and the Americans with Disabilities Acts at the White House! Even more so, we’re eager to have this connection with the White House now, as there is still so much more progress needed and we want to help bring light to those issues and push for change. But for now, let’s celebrate the progress had, and keep pushing for more tomorrow!
Your perspective is so needed today. Keep pushing and opening eyes!

What did your parent think
As a quadriplegic myself, I wrote a paper in college about the 1990 Disabilities Act, and was shocked to learn how many rights people with any form of a disability were excluded from! No matter what your political stance is for, every single American needs to stand for the 1990 Disabilities Act. Every American is only moments away from a life altering event happening to them. Disabilities of any kind do not discriminate and can happen to anyone at anytime! A Big, "Thank You" goes out to Cole & Charisma for shedding some much important light on the subject!

@@coleandcharismaI want you to know how much I appreciate you guys because we do need rights we may have disabilities but we're human we're still people and we should have rights just like the Able bodied we are human we are citizens and we are Americans the only thing that is different about us is mobility or function

Trust me, there are a lot of immature people on Instagram. When Charisma posted the photos last week, there were a lot of comments that left too much to be desired. No matter who's the President, he's doing something worthwhile for the disabled community

While I don't like being labeled as disabled being blind it is none the less a disability that I've learned to learn to embrace. I lost my vision completely in 2020.

I remember clearly when the Americans with Disabilities Act was signed. I was in the hospital... a new quadriplegic after an auto accident. The ADA was welcome news to a family dealing with a new and overwhelming disability. I'm happy that you were given this opportunity and that you now have such important connections!

My brother who is White is married to a Black woman too. He’s happy and tells me how happy he is.
Sadly, some of my family members didn’t approve of it, but they are married and miserable. Which is the irony of it all.

This was well deserved for the both of you. I don't think you guys know how many people you encourage and give so freely information to both able-body and non-able body people. You keep pointing out that “regardless of politics”. It should be emphasized that this is a human rights issue and not a political issue. The law was signed by a Republican president and was being celebrated by a Democratic president. This is where government works its best, when the parties see a goal and find a solid way to achieve that goal. I remember that implementing ADA in businesses was tough, but it has been well worth the trouble all these years later.

Great video. You two learned to take the metro I'm still trying to learn. I have been following you guys for a very long time and I am glad to know you guys through your work here on the tube. I know each time the post comes it will be good. You two have taught me so much about disabilities and abilities like swimming ,flying,being in a hot tub, the beach,driving and so much more. Watching your videos at times is easy because you all do the same thing as the rest of us just different. The BEST VIDEO IS the trip to the White house recently. The ADA is a model and an inspiration for the rest of the world. I used to work for the Norwegian Assc. for the Disabled with worklife issues. Reading about the law then was an eyeopener to me.

I am so glad that you were able to do that. I'm of the age that I did not have the ADA until I was but I was covering the rehabilitation.

I can't believe😳the Secret Service or someone didn't have tents for shade--as a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant I'm so glad Cole was able to make it through the heat. I don't believe they were aware of complications that could of arisen.
So thankful no 911 calls were made

Congratulations Cole and Charisma!! ❤❤ I am not sure of timing, but my guardian worked with the Carter administration for disabilities legislation. Now that I am having to use a walker, I of course am even more aware of access and disability rights. I need to find resources for blind persons, as I am going to lose my eye sight as well. Are there accommodations on UA-cam, for leaving comments etc?
