@@WVGIRL72 they did not. They detail in the court documents what they did/who they sought out cameras or footage from. They didn’t even subpoena for the neighbors Ring camera across the street pointing directly at the alleged crime scene. Why wouldn’t they want the best form of evidence to support/prove their case? There are hundreds of cameras on her route home they could’ve retrieved, but they retrieved none. That’s intentional.

Why was the basement floor replaced? Why was the pool filled in? Why sell the house that was said to have been in the family for 50 years? Dog is MIA. @@exitscreaming4637 ok in my opinion, there's be no reason to start deleting messages, it's not a good look, I'll agree to disagree, since there's a hundred more things we could say. Why did they sell the house, oh, people move all the time, so what? Where's the dog, oh, that's normal, but when I worked with canine officers, their dogs were treated like family members, honored for the work they've done, allowed to retire & live out their lives with their cop & family. There's too much reasonable doubt, and idc what time she was allowed to delete messages, her, and everyone's phones, should have been taken in as evidence, as the caution tape should have been in place, and a proper investigation done, maybe we wouldn't be here today, trying to rationalize a person deleting things during, before, or anytime DURING a murder that had just so recently occurred.

Karen was already faced in the direction to go her route home and there was no one in front of her, according to Jen maccabe, Matt McCabe & ryan Nagel. Why would she put her car in reverse if she was facing the right direction and didn’t need to turn around or reverse directions to go home? Furthermore, if she had inexplicably gone in reverse, why would she back up and drive onto someones front yard, especially toward a fire hydrant? That google question about how long takes to die in the cold , and the fact that nobody inside the house went out to check where he was, are real red flags about the crime happening inside the house and afterwards throwing the body out in the snow, therefore the question of how long takes to die in the snow, to make sure the victim is going to be dead when someone find him,and clearly unable to talk. The killer or killers were inside the home.

A conversation about the cold may well have been discussed in the house innocently, which in turn led to somebody googling how long it takes for a human to die in the cold. Nothing strange or weird about that, just coincidental. Also, the phone evidence relating to the movement and position of the actual phone will trump any silly step-counting app data that can be altered by merely shaking the phone. If the phone never entered the house then neither did John. End of.

In fact the only person saying they saw the car leave in the court documents says she left the same direction her car was facing. And still, nobody saw a body? Well I would like to know how long after did he redo the basement and sell the house. I mean if he was getting Harassed obviously, he's gonna sell the home and a lot of times basements always need to be redone or finished before putting on the market. But If I play devil's advocates. The only reason why he would change the basement get rid of the dog as if it was partial evidence and the reason why they would have put him outside is maybe he went unconscious lost consciousness, and they thought that he was dead already. But it's way more likely this was an accident and both sides are pointing the finger for no reason. She should be charged for Is drunken in dangerment if she hit him. And I see alot of these drunk cases where ppl don't even remember seeing small details at the time. Especially with being drunk. There was a police that watched a girl turn a corner and hit three vehicles and she totally couldn't get out her car because it was smashed into the vehicles and she really fight about being able to get out. She swear her vehicle wasn't hit or damaged and everyone could see it was. And she wasn't faking she was drunk.

This has been a cover up by the ones there on the night and local LE (not through the ranks) and I'm assuming that the owner of the houses sister or wife may have been hooking up or flirting with John and that guy "an experienced boxer" got jealous/protective beat him up unintentionally killing him. This next woman describing the injuries to his forearm is concerning as an “expert.” Those are certainly punctures and then scraped while punctured. Those wounds are open. They’re not just a scratch and certainly not road rash. And she says “could be from a car part?” Which car parts would cause an injury that punctures the skin than pulled at it? Those are absolutely consistent with an animal. You guys should be ashamed at having that woman on. She was clueless. She does not explain at all how those injuries could have even been possible in the incident of a car hitting them. Surprisingly neither has the prosecution. Because it’s almost impossible to do so in any logical way.
Edit: the other “experts” agreeing that those aren’t consistent with an animal. This is ridiculous. One google search will disprove that immediately. Google dog bites. These bites are exactly where dogs who are trains, get trained to bite. It’s absolutely unbelievable all would say those couldn’t be dog bites or scratches. That’s beyond nuts to dismiss

12:33 why would Karen Read have been concerned that JO didn't come back to the car? She was literally there to drop him off at a party, so why would she be worried when he doesn't come back to the car? She would just assume that he saw it was a good party and grabbed a beer!

There is no explaining why Brian Albert didn't even leave his bedroom even when told about the body, cops, ambulance, etc., and he stays in the house? Why? And the google search. Those 2 things are more than reasonable doubt.
