I have joined Accenture as a fresher jan 2021since then my level is 12 as ASE program 22 to 24 months is a promise promotion to level 11 will i get promoted to level 11 ?
Mostly they would promote, but this year along with promotion not sure whether you get hike

From then I didn't got any hike so do I get hike in this May/June cycle 😔

Regarding promotion it should be a decision taken by your management but if an equal competitive employee is there then they take more capable person please wait for 2 years of experience and then speak with your manager regarding promotion

Aside from Indian and Sri Lanka market for this year , Could you tell us if "level promotions" attached to Salary hike , what would be the point for Level promotions if there is no Salary hike ?
As far as I know if you get promotion, from further years your hikes will be similar to the one you got promoted to

I was joined Accenture Dec 2023, and I got lil hike with sublevel upgradation in sep 2023 so here I'm eligible for promotion in this 2023 cycle and I have one more doubt like im getting my variable pay in my salary bcz in my salary slip its mentioned on it, so is there any other variable pay we get in the year end? Hello Chandanav, Forget about this no hike mail in your case. You are not eligible for performance cycle as you joined in Aug 2023 as per my knowledge.

As mentioned it depends on the performance of your work for the whole year and HR or POC recognition. Within on year promotion to a level ahead would be little bit difficult. But you can make a try asking your HR to promote you
