Mam,I am 2024 passed out I applied for pada role and I got rejection mail that you doesn't met our eligibility criteria and my friends are also got the same why this happens
For me the interview was done 3 days back I was asked only behavioural questions and my interview was lasted for only 5 min, but for my friends the interview was more than 15min and for them the interviewer asked about project and technical questions along with behavioural questions. Now I am so confused whether I will get selected or not.

But before the mock assessment they send the mail that select your assessment type like cognitive and cognitive & technical...
