  • Pork Belly Burnt Ends on the Pit Barrel Cooker. You asked and we delivered! There's nothing like a slab of pork belly to get your mouth watering. We cut this sucker up into big Kosmo size chunks, rubbed it down with our Dirty Bird Hot and Honey Killer Bee, and finished it off with some Apple Chipotle sauce.     Cosmo! Make yourself a "double slded" basket. Hinge at one end and a hook at the other. Close it over the meat...cook...flip the whole basket to heat the other side. 2 second flip!👌👍😎

      Hey. Trying to envision what you’re saying. Is there somewhere we can see it? I own two pit barrel sizes and I would like to be able to have a split basket of sorts. Right now I just keep a foil pan over one side if necessary but there has to be a better way. Thanks.

    Kosmo! Are you going to do a video on your new clean eating seasonings? Is there really that much sugar in your other seasonings? It doesn't say on the bottle so I figured these were already clean eating! Product is good regardless, but didn't know if this was something you planned on discussing.

    Where do you get the tray you cooked the pork belly on? Also, great flavors on your seasoning, sauces, injections. Made the best brisket I have done ever last week. Burnt ends lasted 5 mins. Lol

      There is no temp prob on it. But prob around 285
