    That's how you cut it for pork belly sandwiches. which is the only sandwich that can compete with a cheeseburger. Crisping them up like you did might make it the king of sandwiches. Ill have to try, thanks!

      That changes with what bbq and how much sauce you put on, anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes as a rough go.
      Just keep an eye on them.

      Vacuum in a boiled jar minimum a couple a month. Otherwise couple of weeks

    Now if I could only find pork belly here in Minnesota it would be a start. Don't have the extravagant smoking equipment but I could improvise. Rub sounds good, barbecue sauce looks good, and you eating it is just a shame. In the words of Pink Floyd, how I wish you were here.

    Holy crap that is going to be way too salty to eat. Look at that ridiculous amount of rub he put on it.
    At least you didn't put maple syrup like a lot of YT BBQ channels. Maple syrup ruins everything when it comes to pork.
