Some good tips, although I'm not a fan of pulling strings away from the neck I take each string in between thumb and index and bend string in opposite direction. I do that with each string starting close to bridge, then mid neck, and again closer towards tuning keys. I've never tried tuning higher.....I'll have to try that. The tips in this video are good for once the instrument is strung. But there is a couple great ways to string the uke to geared tuning keys that lock the string in place. Some of the old standard ways to restring a uke don't keep lock the strings in as well.
