- Well, so many of you demanded it, we decided to give it to you. Here we present the supplemental sins video for Batman v Superman, which addresses all the sins added and removed when taking the Ultimate Edition into consideration.
Remember, no movie is without sin! Which movie's sins should we expose next?!

We've reached the point in cinema where we now have DLC for movies
Oh man can't wait for them micro transaction's!! (sarcasm)
We've had cinematic "downloadable content" since at least the theatrical re-release of Close Encounters of the Third Kind in 1980, and some movies, such as Blade Runner and Alexander, have so many available alternate cuts that it's easy to lose track of them, so surely Batman v Superman can be permitted at least one. The Ultimate Edition of BvS is the original cut of the movie before it was trimmed for theatrical release, and not all directors get the privilege of having their original cuts released to the public (see Josh Trank's Fant4stic for a recent example), so don't begrudge him the chance to have his movie judged in the form he intended.
M.A. Moreno I ain't giving Snyder shit. I'm giving WB shit. I heard people leaving the theater of Suicide Squad wondering if the extended cut will help give context to some of the characters that were missing.
Grrr WB is quickly becoming EA and soon we'll hate them in 2 years.
... Oh fuck you're right. Wow. That's depressing.
One third of the USA's initials on his chest? by that logic he also has half the USSR's initials making him a soviet
I'm disappointed Jon Stewart agreed to read such a dumb line...
It's satire. He was saying it ironically.
Satire: The use of humor, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule to expose and criticize people's stupidity or vices, particularly in the context of contemporary politics and other topical issues. The exact meaning I intended, and applied to Stewart's lines. It's something he would do.
Eric Dickson-Peppler Then perhaps I shouldn't have used "satire" in the sense. Humor, nonetheless. He wasn't being serious in regards to the situation.
I'm pretty positive he'd still only have 1/4 of the initials, numbnuts.
1000 sins against DC for actually making movie DLC.
Seriously. Cutting off content and then reselling it to people after the theater version has been seen.
That is EA-levels of scumbag.
*WB, not DC
hey cut it down, because they thought it would make more money.
TheZurreal still a scumbag thing to do.
I refuse to watch anymore DC-movies until WB is out of the picture. I refuse to support an group that thinks DLC for movies are ok in business practice.
miniman649
Or you could watch the movie with someone who bought the full version. I just hope WB knows they fucked up.
TheZurreal or just get it free online at some place. They are going to try and cheat me for money? I cheat them right back.
miniman649
i just tried to avoid that, because i dont know you as a person. but sure, whatever floats your boat.
I can accept that Lex figured out Clark Kent is Superman. Lois Lane did that based on rumor and gossip in Man of Steel. I cannot accept that Batman, the World's Greatest Detective, did not investigate Superman to the point he knew all there was to know about Clark Kent. But then he'd realize that Clark did not arrive with Zod, that he was a good person that mourned his mistakes and suddenly they'd have no reason to wreck a couple city blocks.
I'd also expect Bruce to give much more of a shit when he's having prophetic dreams and space-time is being torn asunder so some weirdo in red can give him vague messages.
He already would have known that Superman didn't come with Zod considering Zod's message to the world in Man of Steel basically said Superman had been hiding out among them all this time.
He wanted to kill Superman because he was afraid that Superman might become evil and destroy all of them because he's off his rocker.
So basically, if you kill Batman's sidekick, you're allowed to run around free for 10 years or Batman will go out of his way to save your life.
Shoot his bullet proof car or be involved in collateral damage during an alien invasion, *instant death must be given at the hands of the Batman!*
Bluemew1234 Batman might have thought Superman had been hiding out on Earth with his own plans. He clearly never considered Clark was a farm boy that happened to have superpowers. Beyond the whole "Martha" thing, which is still retarded to the power of infinity, Batman was surprised that Superman had a mother. This was what finally put ice on his murder boner. This adds even more contradictions to his characters seeing as how he mass murders the fuck outta normal ass people that surely have families that care about them... God this movie sucked.
I only had issue with that one part.
I feel like you're adding things that aren't really there; we aren't really given any reason to think Batman thinks Superman is actually evil.
He's just paranoid that Superman *could* become evil and that no one could stop him.
Other than that, the idea that Batman managed to never discover a single thing about Superman or that he never actually considered he was becoming what he hated before the Martha moment is astoundingly dumb, especially when he has that revelation right before proceeding to murder even more people needlessly.
Bluemew1234 So, this version of Batman would judge and execute someone based on their potential to do great harm, is more than willing to kill people but allows the Joker to keep running around. This Batman makes no goddamn sense.
Is it necessarily homosexual, just because two men love eachother? No. No it isn't.
True
It's a prank.
No, but it's child molestation because Alfred is YEARS older than Bruce. And it's well established, which means it started much earlier .... much much earlier.
Andrei Zedlav
Are you sure you don't mean joke? Regardless, how can you tell? Everything they say in their videos are always delivered monotone.
Not to mention the obvious father-son relationship they're supposed to have.
When that Hamilton like "Hate the sin, love the sinner" comes to mind.

Love how the movie is rated R just for one F bomb and showing Affleck naked from behind yet Days Of Future Past had literally both of these things and was still PG-13
the martian did too
MetalDave98 in the movie Passengers
Chris Pratt appears naked twice and theres a sex scene and That was PG-13
dave_b_the_drummer a
I didn't see the Ultimate Cut, but perhaps there was more violence/action/blood that pushed it over the edge into R.
Besides, having an "R-rated" edition that's so "Ultimate" would be good marketing to people who think "R-rated" somehow means "instantly better than PG-13 or lower" merely on the prospect of some curse words and nudity.
So I used to do film ratings for a film festival. Let me just say this. You had to be 18 years or older to even read the rating guidelines handbook, which spelled out examples of how each film element changes with a higher rating. And this edgelord piece of ultimate crap got a 14A in Canada (basically PG13). I've seen the criteria for an R rating. That's not happening here.
"This version touches more on the romantic relationship between Bruce and Alfred, an area where no other Batman movie has dared to tread." loooooooooooooool
Ikr. Alfred is like a father to Bruce. It's weird
I feel like the phrase “I don’t deserve you” isn’t specifically used for romantic relationships. Like ya I think 50% of the time it is used for that but other times it’s for family, friends, or maybe your car after a long day and it’s the only thing you can rely on
Bats says daddy
@@Demolition89336 alfred was always like a father to Bruce. His actual parents die when he was a kid remember
It’s a father son relationship
The DC fanboys thought that CinemaSins would actually reduce the number of sins if they watched the Ultimate Edition. I can't believe how stupid they were. XD
its longer, and the trailer was better
It did have less sins than the Theatrical release unless these were unique sins that weren't in the original one. I don't know for sure about that.
Nvm, these are mostly unique ones.
I think everyone with a brain should know that longer movie = more sins
I agreed with you until you said "XD"
I suspect that "extended editions" will become the DLC of movies.
That, and the re-releases.
@@nicname3147 I came from the future to say its officially begun.

You called it sir!!!
Where is everything wrong with Deadpool buddy?
There's nothing wrong with it Fam, it's perfect
+SRM13 this is true
+SRM13 the only thing wrong with it is that it ended
No it isn't. It has my #1 least favorite movie cliche: The pointless strip club scene. Other offenders are The Internship, and Paying It Forward.
+SRM13 Yes there is, like why the hell would he spend his years looking for Francis to fix him when he could've just took the risk and showed his face to his girl? Also he forgot his guns TWICE! How is he such a great mercenary who is so irresponsible?

I love DC, but the movies they make are terrible. The TV shows are good enough :D
Then*... you FUCK

+Dr. Dhoom Wow you are everywhere. Just as triggered as always wtf.
I notice there are exactly "0" sins relating to Wonder Woman... Well done...
yeah hahaha
well she was barely even in the movie.

***** I kind of meant it like, she was the best part of the movie... So no sins for her...
Not that I love BvS,but this was one of the shittiest cinemasins ive seen, literally 90% of the sins were just random facts or ignored other parts of the movie explaining it
also, anyone else catch the parts where he says he is going to remove a sin,but he never does. Someone is really butthurt people called him out on sinning shit just randomly
they do this all the time? they use random stuff to sin, is not to take seriously, youre the butthurt one lmao
They sin cause their supposed to be assholes. They already know their certain sins you'll disagree on
+ChallengingGravity He removes the sins from the grand total.
He didn't ignore them moron lol. He noticed them, but the extra scenes were pointless as hell lol.
I cannot believe that after two whole EWW for BvS, you forgot to mention the Wilhelm Scream at the scene where Batman was chasing Lex Luthor in the Batmobile!
Aliah Obeidi you just sinned Cinema Sins. Well played.

Hold the phone I dont think he epically fucked Watchmen. He succeeded with the closest adaption possible within live action film.
i... i dont know... i think that they should have brought a different director, but he didnt fuck it up tho, the movie is good despite his directing
They cut the giant squid part of the Manhattan destruction. That was the whole damn point of the scene, to convince the world hostile alien life was out there, which was a target the world could band together over.
S.Agent Gadriel i dont know man... having dr manhattan blow up several cities of several countries works better to me, more logial
+Murcia doxial But there is no reason why the sovjet would join forces with the USA. Dr Manhattan was cleary a part of the USA army
Also, he added the bat-nipples to the movie...
I love the sound of CinemaSins telling fanboys to eat shit. It sounds like an angel singing...
Nothing worse than wasted potential.
Like your imagination.
+Arttu Lehmonen ooooooohhhh
Morbidly obese people taking up multiple seats in public transport, but only having to pay for one seat.
Damn straight.
I think I remember why I hate the Man of Steel Superman. The movies treat him like a savior when he's brutally destroying a city, and they treat him like a mass murderer when he actually does things right. The forced "moral ambiguity" is so clumsy I think it just tripped over a ladybug into my antique china cabinet.
thats an epic point
The execution of it is nowhere top notch, because, well.., Snyder and Goyer, but in no way did he brutally destroy a city, and literally no one treated him like a mass murderer except those Luthor bribed.
its a proof that the director didnt know his own story and never revise the defect. its just like he wrote it at the last minute and film it.
This a really bad Movie but if Batman kills in this Universe why is the Joker still alive people defended Batman for the not Killing Joker after Jason Todd's death but if he kills then Why is the Joker still alive
Well, I disagree about MoS, but we are all entitled to our own likes and dislikes.
Wait, this is the UA-cam comment section. Got to get in character... I mean OOOhhh how dare you have an opinion that isn't mine! XD
No sin removal for Wonder Woman with her legs spread and the sexy grin on her face?
Now I can want to watch the movie
If anything, he would have added a sin. It doesn't contain a lap dance.

What?
+Saltyk Aw he never even says that quote most of the time now.

I was gonna write something in the defense of this movie but you know what? If you don't like it that's fine, I won't try to change your mind.
I accept your acceptance.
I call that progress! Maybe, some day, you'll grasp that "Everything Wrong With . . . ." is an ENTERTAINMENT SERIES. *Not an actual film critic.*
OK.
In the beginning CS was awesome channel with "real" sins and with funny delivery and I am forever grateful for boosting up my inner cynic. Now, they are either lobotomized, master level trolls or simply don't care. They miss huge sins (why would someone use bespoke bullets when trying to frame somebody) and sin obvious and explained things (relation between bat branding and prison hits).
I love this movie its like one big inside joke. me and my friend Loao at this movie. defiantly buying UE
BVS screwed up Lex Luther, SS screwed up joker, WW did Ares okay, but he was the weakest part of that movie.... only villain they did well was Zod....

Hi!
Why didn't Lex just make the bomb in the chair a Kryptonite bomb?
He could have killed him right there!
*ding*
Dafuq is a kryptonite bomb? That doesn't make any sense.
You're not serious right? Seriously, are you just trolling, or are you that stupid?
Idk, if it was some kind of kryptonite frag thing, maybe. Still not as dumb as 'Martha'
jenkind1 Then explain it, smart guy. You can't just turn a rock into a bomb and act like it makes sense.
all this fanboys saying that what you said is bullshit and retarder, yet when batman turned the rock into a chemical gas in what? a day? you don't hear the fanboys complain
I just figured that Superman can sense the butterfly effect from Lois's screams.
Then how come he couldn't smell the jar of piss at the Senate hearing?!?
@Hl A powe of boner make miracle
Still didnt explain how anyone knew he couldnt see thru lead imean we know if ur into the comics but for the movie its like huh
It's an X-Ray vision thing. Superman can see x-rays, but those don't pass through lead.
+dragonmcmx
His point wasn't about the lead. His point was about how anyone knew he couldn't see through lead.
Well, word might have spread by now of his X-Ray vision, and with some knowledge about usual x-rays, that conclusion aint hard to reach.
+dragonmcmx kinda is when ur talking about an alien whose abilities arent known to fullest extent they coulda assumed his xray worked like theirs but thats what i mean it wasnt explained or thought out it was like lex knew erything with no explanation
Denzel Mckenzie True that. I suppose we'll just have to accept that Lex has acquired some sort of omniscience.
This is why you need a Kevin Feige. For when s**t like BvS happens. You can't have writers or directors going off the deep end and derailing your cinematic universe. Edgar Wright wanted to do the same thing with marvel's Ant-Man, he thought he knew better than Marvel what the character should be, but Feige didn't agree, Feige stuck to his guns and so Wright had to leave. Marvel did the right thing, and now they are ahead of DC/WB. WB should not put the director, the quixotic 'artist', 'filmmaker's vision' ahead of the needs of the cinematic universe...They should've known that the cinematic universe is more important than the whims of the 'filmmaker'. I for one don't care on bit about the director's 'vision'. All I care about is the final product not falling below a set standard, not derailing the cinematic universe. I don't want to waste my money on some BvS or Schumacher crap all for the sake of some director's 'vision'. These directors need to understand that it's not about them, they need to get over themselves and get with the program. ALL studios do what Feige does. George Lucas did it to Leigh Brackett and no one complained when the result is The Empire Strikes Back. But you see what happens when the director, Lucas is given unrestrained free rein. You get Prequel Wars films. Sometimes the producers or someone not the director has to step in to keep things from getting out of hand. Now if the director in question is a Michael Mann in his prime (Last Of the Mohicans, Heat, Collateral) or a James Cameron (Titanic) or a Steven Spielberg in his prime (Jaws, Raiders Of The Lost Ark) or Peter Jackson, Guillermo del Toro, Inarritu, Blomkamp, Ben Affleck, Sam Mendes, etc.. then yeah, I think they can be left reasonably on their own but we don't have any of those talents in Snyder.. Snyder and Michael Bay need strict supervision by producers, they need people to tell them no.. Mcu is one of the most successful franchises out there. At least until Disney gets its Star Wars Extended Uni up and running. I've written off Justice League as hopeless on account of the same incompetent director is involved. Some hope for Aquaman, Wonder Woman and Batfleck but beyond that, I have no interest in the dceu. Fool me once, shame on you!
I am not reading that.
Anthony Saunders TL;DR dceu is a total cock up. They need a Feige.
+camethedawn I thought Geoff johns was they're new feige
+Varinder Bhandal
If he's supposed to be a Feige, then he needs to step up and prove it now.
+Kyle Krazer well I'm hearing that focusing making good stories and change the tone so it won't be so boring
Seriously, why does everyone in MOS and BVS talk in such a weird way? Its so damn forced. Stuff like:
"What was i supposed to do, let them die?" "Maybe"
"The woman i loved could have been shot or killed"
"You know what stops him? A fist."
"Nobody cares about Clark Kent taking on the Batman."
"..the feeling of powerlessness, turns good men cruel."
Imagine the awkwardness of saying these in real life. Only an idiot can write such lines.
It is well writen dialouge. i know a few people who talk something like that.
It's like an emo version of "From my point of view the Jedi are evil!"
+TheZurreal The dialogue is fucking awful, it's trying far too hard to sound meaningful but only comes across completely forced and inorganic.
Danny O'Gara yeah everyone speaks like they're in some sort of philosophy class.
Like when Alfred said the line above to Bruce, its like your mentor or father figure suddenly walks behind you while you're frustrated and starts droning on in slow metaphors like a psychology teacher. I'd think he was possessed or something.
The Nolan Batman films did it too, and those films were fantastic.
This movie would have been several times better if they had JUST cast a fitting actor as Lex. Lex has always been portrayed as a genius above all geniuses. He's one of Superman's greatest enemies because of that.
So a lot of the stuff where we go "wait how did he know to do that" could be explained as "he's just that smart"
.
.
.
The problem is they them portray Lex as an unstable kid with daddy issues! Which then causes all the leaps in logic to have no excuses.
So while the movie did have other issues I think it's greatest flaw was Lex. The director clearly had no clue how to portray lex luthor properly.
brainiac should been in this movie.
Metazoxan Dexall That's probably the point. He's an unstable kid who thinks he's on top but then his kingdom comes crashing down around him. That's probably how and why he becomes darker and more maniacal.
Metazoxan Dexall
Smallville, he had daddy issues and was an unstable person.
Also, did you ever read Superman: Birthright? Because all of the things you're complaining about are literally found in that comic. Geoff Johns even confirmed this on the Lex behind the scenes video.
Heracles96 Yeah but SmallVille Lex still at least had this sense of elegance to him.
It was a bit rough and childish kind of elegance but Clark wasn't even Superman yet and a kid himself.
So you could reason it at Lex was still growing and hadn't matured. Because he didn't just act like some random idiot he acted kind of like what you would expect a young lex with father issues to act like.
In fact I thought it was interesting portraying Young Lex as a pretty good guy at first. It raised questions like "How did he end up where he does" and such.
Smallville wasn't perfect and did have it's fair share of issues but at least it felt more like it was trying to do the characters justice.
Metazoxan Dexall Oh, he did some pretty idiotic things in smallville. And during the flashbacks of his childhood/high school years, you can literally see the same type of mania that you would in BvS Lex.
But as to my second question, have you read Birthright?
a b c e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z. Notice anything? The D is out for Harambe.

+Isaac Freierman Ur crazyCivil War was better than this shit
...i somehow feel like DC Fanbois have seen a completely different film than Civil War, and are transferring their disappointment with Batman v Superman to Civil War.
civil war is possibly one of the best films of 2016. Certainly the best Marvel or DC comic movie... granted Dr.Strange hasn't come out yet... but...
Civil War better than BvS? No, not in the slightest.
Movie fix, change the line "Martha" to "Save my Mom, her name is Martha".
Nope, still lame.
Change the scenario to where Alfred actually figures out what Lex is up to.
More like
"my....mother.......
"WHAT DID YOU SAY????"
Lois Lane:"His mother!Martha Kent! She's in danger!"
DemoGoblin Nope. Still lame. And "HER mother" lmao. Didn't know Supes was a girl.

Woah woah woah. Pleading Schumacher to come back?
Are you implying that Batman and Robin was better?
That's not even a bad joke. That's insulting people's intelligence lol
bat nips over my mom's name is the same as your mom's name any day of the week. horrible puns to why not
As bad as the Schumacher films were. No, the Schumacher films were as bad as they can get. Even this is better. Even the most recent Fantastic Four was better than the Schumacher films.
I don know man those ice puns were legendary. At least they had fun with the film everyone looked bored in Bvs
If you can't see the Batman-ness in Forever, you're not a Batman fan. Batman & Robin has no excuses, ill admit. But Schumacher also made Phone Game and Falling Down. He's a good director and in a proper context, would have made a great Batman.
Hell yeah Batman and Robin was better. At least that movie was stupid in a fun way. This movie is stupid in a BORING way, and that insufferable.
Jesse Eisenberg's existence in this film should be sinned. Hell, any time he appears on screen needs to be a fucking bonus round with a x1000 multiplier. He's a fucking moppy headed twink, not goddamn Lex Luthor.
That's because he's not Lex Luthor. He's Lex Luthor Jr.
+GrandMasterArcturus it was meant as a joke m8
Should have cast him as Riddler or Crazy Quilt
I read somewhere he auditioned for the Joker but they told him to use it for Luthor instead.
Ethan Jannes And that's where the movie fails, because it's not its job to reconstruct characters to discuss such concerns in the first place, especially when it can't even do that right. You can't tell me we can keep Bruce Wayne's backstory entirely the same, do little to change Superman's own image as well, but for an equally imposing and notable figure in the genre like Lex Luthor, completely butcher him down to a toothpick. Never mind the movie already grossly over-inflates Batman's own issues with Superman (they were never murderous to each other), this movie wants to make a trickster out of LL when he clearly had other factors going for him that made him a decent villain, yet they chose to ignore that anyway to ride the wave off of Joker's popularity and tried to pretend as if people didn't notice? Fuck that, and fuck Snyder for it.
Zack Snyder should never be allowed to touch any DC-related material ever again.
You spelled ''Zack Snyder should be given better scripts to work with and more focused producers to keep him from fucking it up'' wrong.
***** Guess what, he hasn't written anything else but Sucker Punch. Directing is the same thing a painting/drawing a picture or a comic. In the comic industry, Zack Snyder would be a great artist. He need a good script with a story that makes sense, like the one hopefully written by Chris Terrio, Geoff Johns and Ben Affleck have written for Justice League, and a movie directed by him will be a good one.
***** One, got it. Two, congratulations.
Three, I must have misread that. And that's something we can both agree on.
+K-Riddle93 Have you seen, everything great about batman v superman from CinemaWins? There actually talks more about directing.
I seriously doubt it's his fault. DC as a whole doesn't know wtf they're doing with the screenplays, they make no sense. Too bad, they always had the best superheroes.
Everyone's angry about how Zack Snyder ruined Lex Luthor, and I'm over here angry about how Zack Snyder wasted 1 F-bomb in an R-rated cut.
There is almost no difference between the PG13 and R Rated cuts. There's barely any strong language, and the blood is negligible. I've seen plenty of PG13 movies with a lot more blood. Casino Royale, World War Z, etc.
Handsome Jack you are a moron
Read superman birthright lex was not ruined. Do you even read comics
@Gary Poppins I gotta back you up and fundamentally disagree on how Lex is "broken". He was not ruined, he was different. His neurotic behavior jives really good with his daddy abuse issues. Whether someone likes him or not is another question - Lex is not broken, the character functions as planned by the movie director
The thing with the "bat brand" that gets me is why did batman keep branding after the criminals that were branded were the ones getting killed. Did he not care at that point, that's the real sin. The movie sets it up so that we should know that lex is trying to give batman a bad image with the killing of branded criminals, so not sure why it was sinned.
@YoungD3mon314 Can't kill them? He's been killing people throughout this movie.
There is literally a scene where Alfred shows it to Batman and Batman showed he basically doesn't give a fuck what's happening
he’s a veteran batman and joker killed his robin that’s why he doesn’t value his no kill rule like before and is branding people
@@popcornplaya2013

It's one thing for a movie to skip over something awesome, but if the movie shows a tiny little thing of awesome while still skipping the rest, it's basically telling the viewer: "Hey guess what, we could have shown you this awesome scene, but we're not doing it because fuck you." Those 10 sins were completely warranted.
The sins were added because the scene was originally cut despite its awesomeness
+dragonmcmx Sneider always does that cutting good fight scene shit. Have you seen Immortals? There is a prison breakout screen they just don't show then talk about afterwards.
+Stephen Carpenter I thought the cut of scenes is ordered by the studio not by the filmmaker.
I literally can't wait for the Suicide Squad one xD
That should take about 40 minutes.
+Broncos4life That would be boring af. That's just like watching another movie.
Broncos4life It certainly wasn't as bad as BvS imo.
me neither
It certainly wasn't as grim. However, it still had its problems.
9:53 well he probably knows supermans identity because GLASSES AREN'T A FLIPPING SHEILD!!

*shield, and actually, in the comics, Clark uses a sort of hypnosis to make himself unidentifiable by others. He emits a sort of low-energy beam from his eyes.

I am a Marvel Fan, I didn't watch this movie, but I don't like how Marvel Fans or regular people are calling DC fans "Fanboys" why?
Because some are going way too far to defend this movie.
I like DC and I'm not doing anyone of those things.
You w0t Mate?! Good, you're one of the decent ones.
CAUSE IF YOU LIKE DC YOU ARE AN INSTANT DC FANBOY WHO HATES EVERYTHING ELSE....duh lol
DC fans aren't being called fanboys, a certain subsection of DC fans are. Those who ignore completely the faults and issues in the movies and defend them only by attacking Marvel movies or fans of ther Marvel movies, and making ludicrous claims like the critics only say the DC movies are bad because they're on Marvel's payroll. There are actually a LOT of people like that.

might as well sin Citizen Kane

I still want to know how Clark's body wound up at the Kansas burial. There is no way the government wouldn't have descended on that scene as soon as the danger had passed. They would have snatched Superman's body, refused to release it to anyone, and studied the heck out of it for years. Did Lois run home, grab a set of clothes, and change Clark's dead body out of his Superman duds?
the general helped him, since he know who he is from MoS
batman and wonderwoman were both at the scene of the crime as it were. I assume they helped take to body, change his clothes, then plant the body somewhere in the destruction
+BBQ nachos that's a theory, not fact.
+Miki Williams maybe.
Because he's BATMAN!
"The cake is a lie!" XD It's nice when used in a proper context.
No matter how bad this movie was, it wins for the simple fact of giving us the best on-film batman ever.
Can't wait for the solo Batfleck movie. Too bad the whiney cry-babies will probably make him a non-killing batman again. That was the best part.
Best on film batman?
I don't think so.
Batfleck is indeed a great Batman, and it's only been 2 movies.
I kind of feel like making Batman kill just kind of makes him a wussier version of the Punisher. I mean, you can kind of forgive all the sci-fi technology when he's going to extreme lengths to avoid killing people, but if he's just a vigilante who goes out and murders criminals, it makes it kind of lame that he needs, like, a tank and space marine power armor to do it.
Yeah, fuck making interesting characters, let's just have violence and murder!
Oh Batman's sidekick was killed by his enemy. He's abandoning his no kill rule for no reason for some reason! It's so obvious that nobody noticed what i noticed
I've never laughed so hard at sin. "Their football fandom erupts in violence worse than Vancouver after a hockey loss." This sin made my day I love how true it is. Gg CinemaSins gg
I like Jesse eisenberg in this movie
His plan this time had nothing to do with real estate?
Me too. It was fun watching him.
Is the same Jesse Eisenberg in every movie.
Edgar Sanchez Yeah but Seth Rogen plays himself in every film and we still love him.
I still need to see American Ultra. That looked awesome.

Everything wrong with Tremors
Ha, wishful thinking!
That's an oxymoron. Nothing is wrong with Tremors.
+onymous _ no movie is without sin
Been calling for that obscure classic to get the sin treatment for years lol!!!
I like the sequels more. I would say the third one is a little bit different but the second is my favorite. That said I think that the series as a whole is enjoyable and none of them are bad in my opinion. The 4th one (the western) is the weakest but even then it isnt THAT bad. This is largely thanks to Michael Gross who keeps the series alive.
DC was my comic, back in the day. I'm so disappointed with where they've taken it. I just can't get into it. So, so, so bad. Eisenberg as Lex??? I... I cant. It's too much. No more, please!!
He's secretly playing Mxyzptlk.
+Al M That would be a great role for him actually!
Marvel has nailed the formula. Obviously, DC can't just outright copy it, but what they're doing certainly isn't working.
I heard he was originally cast as the riddler then a week before filming they went oh yeah you are Lex Luthor
If only there was room for him on Gotham...
this is a video where you actually made legit sins. hasn't happened in a long time
Thats why its hidden :D
I think there are always legit sins, just in joke form maybe. It's when they actually get pissed off that the kidding turns to swearing and logical arguments.
Matthew Broseph someone's having a bad day
It actually doesn't have legit sins.
When was the last time there was no lap dance
The fact that he didn't even realise the the whole movie is basically Lex's plan to make batman and superman fight each other. That why the bat brand killing, the bombing in the hearing. Such stupid nitpicking without any real problem.
1:54 is not a tank, its an mobile artillery gun, most likely an original M109 from like the Vietnam era.

why do ppl keep saying the ultimate cut is a huge improvement? by like 1% maybe, just for giving Clark a little more sympathy. and some minor plot holes. was that the main reason this movie was a mess? imo
they don't actually believe that i think. i think they spent so much time before the blu-ray release saying "oh you'll see the director's cut will make it better" and then when it didn't just went denial crazy.
i liked it.it still suffers from lazy writing tho.
Only version I ever watched. I'm still amazed that there can possibly be a "worse" cut.
It fixed the editing and pacing that a lot of poeple complained about. most of the other problems stem from people not paying attention during the movie and mis out on key details.
+Rudricku! explain lazy writing? there was so much effort put Into the script.
how long till remastered edition?
That will only tempt Marvel to bring out the Bucky Edition
Then the Jesse Eisenberg going "HHHMMMMMMMMMM" edition
I would rather watch Alfred edition rather than this movie i mean he is the best character in this also....
SAVE MARTHAA!
WHY DID YOU SAY THAT NAMMMMEE!???!!!
"I dont hate the sinner, I hate the sin"
Mom?
am I the only one here who sees the true meaning in "Martha"? I think I am, f***! have none of you seen CinemaWins video on this film which explains perfectly how the "Martha" moment is in the narrative? it makes total sense then. but until you guys turn on your brains for some thinking time about what things like that mean in the film, I'll just sit here and admire an actually pretty good movie
no, it does not make any sense, the bullshit logic of "it is the realization of the monster that batman has become and how wrong he has been all along condensed by that very moment" is not a valid explanation to a forced, hamfisted, unrealistic, poorly constructed and absurd momemnt where superman acts like a plot device isntead of acting like a human being... if he said something like "please! save my mom! he will kill my mom!" then sure... whatever, that works, but instead he does soemthing COMPELTELY UNCHARACTERISTIC OF HIM and calls his mother by her first name! who does that?! every time that clark speaks to his mom he calls her mom! why call her martha? what is the point of that?! it is jsut a lazy plot device to get batman to cry over his dead parents and not stab superman in the face, it is poorly handled and horribly constructed and any kind of dramatic weight or thematic importance is lost on how bad the moment is thrown out and how anticlimatic it is for the fight itself! so fuck off with your "turn the brain on" bullshit, you pretentious sewer rat
Murcia doxial Batman doesn't see Superman as human, it's when he uses the name that he becomes humanized. Batman gets angry and shouts to Supes asking him why he said that name because he believes it's another trick. Bruce doesn't think Superman would even have a human mother let alone be willing to die for her. And Superman asks Bruce, his killer, to save his mother in his dying breathe. It's in that moment that Bruce sees Joe Chill in him. No matter how many people he brands, he can't save his parents and will always feel guilty of that. He decides to help Superman because he feels a shot of redemption in saving Clark's mother. It's not confusing, it's not dumb, it's in the narrative. It's why we were given a look at the death of the Waynes one more time. And yet for some reason, this is the moment when viewers and critics turned off their brains and just say it's because their moms share the same name when the true meaning of this moment is far from it. I just blew someone's mind.
Bricksilver no you didnt, ive heard that excuse before multiple times, and i consider it a complete bullshit excuse because it is, because the scene is constructed in a completely ridiculous way and completely forced and pointless, it is not confusing either, is simply poorly constructed, not to mention that it is also unfixable, not to mention that all that bullshit you just said is not even acknowledged by the movie in any shape or form, is just you trying to justify one of the most forced and stupid moments in film history, a moment that is jsut there to be a plot device so batman doesnt kill superman because goyer likely got hismelf into a corner and could not come up with absolutely anything else to stop batman from finishing sups in a way that would likely be permanent
now, speaking of redemption, that martha moment is also redundant for the narrative because later on, as a way to redeem himself or being the worst detective in the face of the earth, batman decides to create the justice league, that is his redemption, that is his actual moment of realization, that is when he actually reaches his arc, making the MARTHAAAAAAA moment unnencesary beyond it being a stupid deus ex machina!
and it seems that you keep ignoring the fact that superman is acting compeltely out of not only his character, but the human character as a whole by saying martha instead of mom or mother, why is he calling his mother by his name?... WHY???!!! when zod almost killed her, and sups came to save her, he didnt call her martha, he called her mother! why call her martha at that moment?! the only explanation that makes sense is that the script told him to so he didnt die!, that detail alone is enough to break the whole inmersion and drama of a scene that should be genuinely powerfulñ, but instead is just a stupid meme...
why not have lois lane beg batman to not kill him?, whats wrong with that?, lois could just step between him and sups, trigger the memory of his mom getting in the line of fire and batman going all "ah fuck... i did the bad thing", not to mention that it would make the fact that lois lane is there in the first place to actually make sense, instead of jsut throwing her so the audience can tell that his mom is called martha, something that you wouldnt know unless you are a comic book fan (a compelte fuck up on its own), there, i fixed the bullshit martha moment, instead of superman acting like a plot device to avoid death, have lois get in there and show some love to the sups! compelling moment where batsu is humanized without the need of fuckign up the narrative in its entirety
+Bricksilver most of us who absolutely can't stand the Martha moment PERFECTLY understand what its intentions are. It's just pulled off horribly and then worse acted horribly. We know EXACTLY the intention of this moment. That does not make it less stupid. And like the other guy said, why did he suddenly call his mom Martha after never called her that before? Realizing superman has a family and life here is a good idea. The execution is shit. It's not about turning our minds off its about the fact that the choice of how they did that was terrible
+Bricksilver still doesn't make sense why supes calls his mom 'Martha'
9:22 - If the wheelchair was lined with lead, how did Luthor even know that Supes can't see through lead?
Because hes fucking Lex Luthor.
He examined Zod earlier in the film.
think he just got lucky
He watched the 1978 version where Lois reveals it in an interview...
Superman having x-ray eyes is regarded as common knowledge I guess? And X ray radiation can't pas through lead which anyone with a physics course in school should know.
The Ultimate Edition, while by no means the best DC movie, is far from the worst comics based movie too. It's actually a decent film, where the extra 30 minutes really help explain things that the theatrical version skimmed over.
And before some Marvel fanboy attacks me (already see several of you in the comments below); Captain America: the First Avenger was not well received, The Fantastic Four has flopped (both versions), and Spiderman 3. Even Marvel has had some bad misses. Does this mean I hate Marvel films? No. I just happen to like and dislike both DC and Marvel shows/films on an individual basis.
Batfleck? Probably the best part of the film (though making Batman into mass killer, even if they are bad guys, not sure about). Had awesome action scenes and scenes where he's actually being a detective.
Wonder Woman? Beauty and intrigue, along with being able to show her warrior side while fighting Doomsday.
Superman? Eh, this goes back to Man of Steel. Not a fan of the Boy Scout being turned into Batman-lite (with all the broodiness and such). Is it too much to ask for one comics book hero to still have both parents alive? Even if they are adoptive?
Caltain America: The First Avenger made 370 million dollars and got an 80% on rotten tomatoes. I think it was pretty well received. My only criticism
*"Captain America: the First Avenger was not well received"*
80% on Rotten Tomatoes... A- on Cinemascore... It's not anywhere even close to being as poorly received as BvS. BvS is on the level as...
*"The Fantastic Four"*
Yes, that. And the fact that Fox has a license to make shitty adaptions with Marvel properties, often with the explicit purpose of preventing those rights from returning to Marvel, does not make those "Marvel movies".
*"Spiderman 3"*
Again, not made by Marvel Studios. And even that shit was better than BvS.
Spider man and fantastic four are Sony so more of Sony fucked them up but yeah the first captain America wasn't the best but decent
+flammonster I thought the first captain America was good
Should of said "que the Marvel fanboys with their excuses".
Those are Marvel movies, studio or not. Get over it, Marvel has had some bad films too.

..I don't get why batman is branding people.
ArlanKels Because Zach Snyder.
+ArlanKels BECAUSE HIS BATMAN
A super hero movie that doesn't spoon feed you the plot elements - is berated for that fact? geeze.
Lets start with the pivotal moment of the entire movie. Superman is down, completely vulnerable, and in fact is literally seconds away from dying as Batman stands over him about to use the spear, who is about to save the world from this alien who hid on Earth like a coward from the other aliens he led here. That is.. until the alien uses his last words to plead for the life of human mother, Martha (Kent) ... Bruce Wayne is extremely intelligent. In that moment he realized he was not just a little off, but entirely wrong about "who" Superman was - not an alien coward hiding on Earth, but a refugee - and in fact a refugee who arrived here as a child young enough to have parental love imprinted on him from a human mother... a mother who unlike his, was alive to raise the boy into someone who DIDN'T subjegate the planet but rather the opposite, wanted to fit in as a normal human. But... viewers are for the most part.. not as smart as Bruce Wayne... that's why so many think the scene is dumb. Notice that after that scene - there is no longer anonymity between the two who moments before were fighting to the death....
Superman being framed by Lex Luther who btw is the one that not only arranged the desert interview, but most likely set the renegade general up from the get go... a despote on the ready to be used when the timing was right - the "handler" didn't tell the general a woman was coming because the "handler" worked for Lex too and it would have prevented the interview he needed her to be at so Superman would come save her and hence be framed.
Batman brands the heinous criminals because he's PISSED people would still be so evil to another when aliens are threatening to destroy the human race. Lex recognizes this element and exploits it by killing those in prison with the brand - aligning Batman as villain of the worst kind - a former hero who has become blood thirsty. Otherwise Superman would have no beef at all with Batman and any encounter with Batman trying to kill him ends in a few seconds as Superman simply keeps his faster than the speed of sound distance from the naively mistaken caped crusader of gotham until they can work things out. The entire movie is in fact all Lex's plan, scene by scene, to antagonize to a deadly froth all the animosity he can between the two heros, making them both look bad to the public in the process. He LETS batman steal the kryptonite - who else would use it against superman? The military? He'd just leave the planet. An ordinary citizen eager to kill superman? and be ostracized from the human race afterward as the one who killed a being dedicated to protecting human life? Nope.. he needed a "villain" to kill superman.. so he created one in Superman's eyes - a villain that needed to be defeated rather than left alone by Superman.
Are you getting this? EACH SCENE IN THE MOVIE IS A PART OF LEX"S PLAN in which he rules the Earth with kryptonian technology because the villain batman has killed superman and he's there to fill the void left - buuuut his plan fails... Superman lives... so instead he uses the kryptonian ship to search its library for beings that could do what Batman couldn't... and he finds them.. the bell can't be unrung... btw.. "daddy issues" are WHY Lex has this plan - its his "proof" that his Dad was wrong to think of him as nothing more than a marketing gimmick for fundraising - he didn't want to be his Dad's equal by running the company either.. he wanted to show the world he was better, smarter, more clever, more methodical, smarter, than his Dad - he didn't mind at all that in doing so he was being more evil, more diabolical, more insane as well.
Stop watching the movie as a comic book and start watching it as character study in the human condition in which one loses his humanity, one finally sees it in someone not human, and one realizes finally "why" his human reared willingness to help those in need by being superhuman, will instead cause the world to see him as alien and hence an easy target for the resentful or courageous who then seek to protect the world from him. (yeah the dumb mountain scene... dumb dumb dumb.. right? lol)
Most of these characters aren't good here thought.
VictoriousProductions Fuck you, dickass. I don't need to go on some 2000 character rant to state what I feel.
Calling the film intellectual and difficult to understand is cop out because the film wasn't well received. A lot of the film is forced and poorly written. The first hour was pretty good: there was a fair mix of intriguing themes that were handled well, and the pacing was decent. After the senate scene, everything fell flat. The film tried to do too much and the plot became somewhat relegated so the film could spend time setting up Justice League.
Not a terrible movie by any means, but this film was in no way anything special or ahead of it's time.
+ShadowZard People calling this testosterone-pumped action film "intellectual" and "in depth" is what happens when reading becomes less and less popular and everyone instead feasts themselves on mindless CGI porn. It's like these people have never read a good book before, so when they see a film that tries to act "intelligent" it's like a whole new world for them.
This film fails on so many basic levels it's really not hard to see why it was critically panned. The pacing is jarring and clumsy; the themes of the story are unfocused and poorly handled; characters have little or no development and rarely interact with each other, leaving them feeling very one-note and difficult to care about; the tone is so monotonous and lifeless it's hard to feel any emotional connection to the characters and story; there's a big CGI monster shoved in at the end; the symbolism lacks subtlety and elegance and is absurdly basic to the point of being boring; and so on.
Feel free to enjoy this movie at your own leisure, but I'm baffled that there are some people out there that actually think this is like literature. Even J.D. Salinger could write better than this.
Have one thing that i HUGELY disagree with.
I quite liked Catcher in the Rye.
I watched Justice League last night. Gave it a rating of 6/10, but I'd like to see you rip into it

Doctor Cthulhu Actually everything up to (and including) Luke Cage is available on at least Blu Ray. They're on Amazon and Best Buy. I'd assume he doesn't do them because they're TV shows, not movies.

Whether you are the only one or not, just be glad you expressed what you enjoyed without caring what others say.
I enjoyed the film I'm just not a crazy fanboy who gets all butthurt when some1 says something bad about it
I mean BvS is a enjoyable movie in the same way the Fast and Furious franchise is; as a real dumb action beat'em up with the occasional "hah... ok" moments when somebody throws out a good one-liner (except with mostly CGI Super Hero fights instead of CGI Street Racing stuff).
I think the difference is movies like Furious 7 know how absurd they are and just embrace it, whereas BvS still has DC thinking they're making really insightful comic book movies that are dark, gritty, and ultra serious.
BvS is a perfect example of the writing and complex plot getting in the way of what would have been a much better and just as enjoyable movie, if it had dropped all the ridiculously conspiracy frame-Superman stuff, and just had Batman and Superman insulting/fighting each other for an hour until they bro out and go smoke some baddies for the epic conclusion.

Did you seriously just suggest that Alfred and Bruce have a homosexual relationship AND that would be fine

He was joking, dumb dumb
"It’s the equivalent of woody Allen marrying his step daughter"
He ACTUALLY did it...
Ashir yea I was saying woody Allen is fucking disgusting
I'll explain some things, and while I know this will obviously trigger people to hate, admit sometimes you did not pay attention. I ask for you to keep an open mind:
-Lex Luthor: One of the most hated parts of the movie has fans bitching about how Jesse isn't "The real Lex!". Well...he isn't. In his intro he says how his father was "The Lex in front of the corp". That probably makes you think "So his father is not Lionel?". By this simple logic you should be able to figure out:
Grandfather: Lionel
Father: Lex
Jesse: Lex JUNIOR
He is Lex JUNIOR. Not the original Lex, and he gets his "baptism" at the end when he gets shaved: He is not laughing, or smirking, he is angry. This shows he has learned not to be reckless and stupid like he was the whole movie, he will know start acting like "the" Lex.
-The identity game: Everyone is boasting around about how "did he find out who they were?" and rage about how it wasn't explained. It was, very easily may I add. Let's not forget that while he may act unhinged, Lex is one of the smartest people in the Dc universe. For years now people have been saying "How do people not figure out Clark is Superman because of some glasses?!". Well...that's what Lex did. He realized they have similar face complexions, he probably checked Clark's schedule and realized they're never in the same place at the same time. Now on to Batman. Lex has obviously met Bruce before, he knows he's always late, tired and slashed up. He also knows there's a vigilante who uses high-tech toys that surfaced at the same time Bruce returned to Gotham.
And before you say "Then why don't other people do it?". Remember that ClarkKent-Glasses study that came out a few weeks ago, about how it's not easy to recognize someone if you don't know them? Lex has met Bruce, he knows he's late and bruised. Lex has investigated Clark, he knows he and Supes are never together. Nobody else knows those things-
Rant over
The Lex Luthor Jr thing really doesn't help.
Kyle Krazer Care to explain why?
SmashPro Because he's still the Luthor that's going to be involved in this universe, so the Jr part doesn't help.
+Kyle Krazer I looked on the internet and lex luther does have a son called Alexander luther jr.
This is Jesse eisenburgs character name so it must be him.
Strange though because his son has a lanturn ring... yep..
Crimson Head98 That's from a different storyline. Doesn't really connect with the DCEU Luthor.
I get it was a joke but the Schumacher sentence at the end was a bit too far
I'm neither invested in movies, nor comic books so I'll wait for a captain, ...
***** Oh, I didn't know that was his work. But how can anyone dislike it? Batnipples! ... wait. Batnipples. Fair enough.
Batman and Robin is still the worst DC movie - but the worst superhero movie is still Howard the Duck.
+Luke Dias nah it's Steel. Or The Phantom.
what you need to do is play the BATMAN AND ROBIN DRINKING GAME!!! The rules are as follows: you need four people at least to play unless you want alcohol poisoning. Alternate taking shots every time one of the characters makes a pun, you'll be blasted in no time. Note: once you exceed 8 people or you want to add extra drinks, add in bad jokes or stupid lines or both... just be careful this has been known to kill people. AND NEVER DO IT ALONE.

Oh, I thought I did, ok then.
There were a few things I didn't like about Civil War (Spider-Man;s introduction felt forced to me)... but gosh did I feel like an excited kid while watching it! It was so much fun. :3
yeah it wasn't that exciting or that interesting till Spidey was introduced, yes, I agree with you
"Obviously homosexual relationship"? I feel like that's a stretch. Arguably, implied, or suggested, maybe.
It was a joke
I took it as a joke but that's stretching it, I don't think they ever implied homosexuality.
what did bruce say in that scene?? i couldnt understand..
***** is that what he said?
What is undertones for a hetero relationship is considered overtones for a homosexual one (also considering we're talking about batman) so who knows
They added 30 minutes, and the sins video is 15 minutes. Ouch
8:55. The fact this is one of the best part of the movies and it didnt even make the cinematic release, kind of spotlights the problem with some DC films
It is funny that people defending the "Martha" scene by giving explanation on how deep that scene really is, but actually it is not really deep and I actually understand the message behind it, but that scene is terribly executed to the level that i find it makes no sense....
*****
Then, they go on and shit on Civil War for not being deep while BvS actually didn't have the depth they meant.
Supa Copper So, If Superman's mom was named Sarah or Margaret...he would've killed him??
#dumpsterfire #garbage
cabellero1120 No, he won't. Because it shows there is a human side of Superman, which is he has a mother.
Supa Copper Yeah because "i knew he killed your mother" and "i guess i was just sparing myself" is good
Is is quite a deep scene but it was really poorly executed and just looks like batman spared him because MARTHAAA!

Regarding the "how Superman knows when Lois is in danger" thing, he can hear the heartbeats of literally everyone on Earth and is able to distinguish which belongs to what person. So in retrospect, he can sense that Lois is in danger if he feels her heart begin to race, or some shit I dunno.
then why can't he save Martha?
+Sir Noel because he's been inside lois.
He didn't save martha because he's a dick.
Face it he can pull planets and travel back in time by spinning the planet the opposite direction but somehow there is still crime. He's actually just bored and craves chaos.
he knows were she is for the sake of the plot
DCEU Superman is nowhere near fast/strong enough to do either of those actions
it's lex that is ordering to kill the people in prison to make Clark angry at Batman and later in the movie tries to stop him
This is for the die hard fans.
What what.
In the butt.
you wanna do it in my what?
This was a fun video. Don't get me wrong, I do genuinely like BvS Ultimate Edition but that doesn't mean I can't admit it still has a few problems.. It's just that the good outweighs the bad for me in this movie.
same
CS matter every criticism funny
makes
STILL funny how no one gets the Martha thing hahaha
For the last time, we get it, we just think it doesn't work.
it actually does work and for many reasons
People just don't understand the powerful social commentary of "The Room".
+VictoriousProductions What kind of logic is that? I "got" Batman & Robin, it still doesn't work.
ITS ART...You people just don't understand it. God. Go back to watching your mainstream movies cause bvs is art.
The Ultimate Edition may feel like just a longer version, but it does show improvement with the plot and character development; it explains Superman's motivations and fixes several plot holes. Zack Snyder may be more of a master of visual spectacle than he is a story-writer, but the studio's interference in the cutting room should be the main cause for the film's failure. If the Ultimate Edition was theatrically released, I believe BvS would have been received better, excluding major flaws like Jesse Eisenberg's performance and some pacing issues. So while it's not perfect, we should still appreciate the rarity of the creators giving fans what they did have to redeem the film.
Snyder has admitted that the studio never interfered with the movie in any real way.
They simply expressed that they were concerned about a 3 hour run time and Snyder just chopped a half hour out.
He followed and approved every single change that happened between the Ultimate and Theatrical cuts. It was his fault, not the studio's.
*sigh* When will DC learn that directors, editors, and trailer companies are not the same thing!
Bluemew1234 Well, in that case he's a terrible editor x)
Master of my ass spectacle. Movie visually sucked too with over powered CGI and poor graphics. Fight between doomsday and supes needed to be much longer. Not a single drop of blood from superman when he is killed or punched around by doomsday. No wonder the movie felt so unreal.
Kill Bill
This Superman has unreal invulnerability. The cut on his face from the kryptonite spear did not even bleed.
I too, feel that the fight would have been better if there was even 1 moment, especially in the second half with Wonder Woman, where Kal looked like he was starting to overpower Doomsday. 5, 10, even 15 unanswered blows, only for DD to counter and regain the upper hand.
The action in this film is lacking compared to Man of Steel, but that nuke sequence was perfect.
Ultimate Edition does improve the film but it's still not very good, at least on current superhero film standards. That and Henry Cavill's Supes bores the snot out of me, but that's just my opinion, feel free to agree of disagree, i really don't care :) Happy Thursday everyone who found this, WHAT WHAT!
Because Henry Cavill's Supes is actually acting like a human being in the situations he is in? I still don't understand how acting like a human being is wrong. Also, here is my WHAT, WHAT!
WHAT WHAT *high five* i should clarify, it's not Supes in general, it's just Cavill, i find his acting very dull, but like i said, that's just me :)
Did you ever see Immortals? That won't improve your opinion of Cavill's acting ability.
i'd agree that superman being hesitant and overly brooding kinda makes sense since he's new to being a hero and all... but that gig should be done for in man of steel, imo. at this point, it's clear that snyder either doesn't want or is unable to do superman justice.
+jp mesquita you have seen the justice league poster where supes is smiling
I will be branded with the "Fan-boy" brand for saying this: I don't think you're being fair while sinning anymore. I've noticed this on a few of more your new videos (Like Citizen Kane). You just sin for stuff that are completely illogical or unrelated. This channel was way more fun and amusing in the past, I'm really sad seeing it like this :(
[Please take this as a feedback If you ever read it.]
That's the point.
every channel has there string of bad videos. like that time where pewdiepie had a beard.
or when markiplier played fnaf.
There's so many things that got sins that really weren't bad. Is it just me or I feel like they're trying to hard to hate on this movies?
they hate on every movie thats the point of this channel
Satire, parody, try it sometime
That's the idea.
what are ya? New?
I hate hardcore fan protecting BvS so much, if you love it you fix it, not backing it up and make it worse.
And I hate assholes who are so insistent on acting like a movie can only be bad and not subjective.
You hate it? Whatever.
I love it.
End of story.
@@julianseguin2748 The movie is objectively bad and you love it. Whatever. End of story.
"How does Lex Luthor know who Batman is or Superman is!?!?!?"
The same way he knew about the Flash, Cyborg and Wonder Woman. He's made it his business to know everything about metahumans and the like. It's not hard that he would use the resources to find this out. Government and Encrypted Information is how Lex got the picture of Wonder Woman. So if Amanda Waller knows Batman is Bruce Wayne, there's no reason Lex wouldn't.
It's also heavily hinted that Lex knows these things in the comics as well. Why doesn't he act on it to immediately win? Well the Joker knows and HAS KNOWN that Batman is Bruce Wayne for quite some time, why doesn't he just show up at Wayne Manor and kill them all while Bruce is at a party or something?
Anyway, Lex doesn't give a darn about taking "Clark Kent" down, he wants to take him down as Superman. Which if you understand Lex Luthor, it should make sense.
Also the Bat Brand became considered a 'death sentence' because Lex was having people in jail killed for it, so he could implicate Batman even further in the eyes of Superman, for when they would conflict and fight.
pretty much something Lex would do being the puppet master he's ALWAYS been.
All that shit was CONVENIENTLY caught on camera, whereas Bruce/Batman going in or out of costume isn't. And Batman isn't a meta-human. And while it MIGHT be possible that he might be able to deduce that later on, there's no fucking way in hell he could possibly know at this point in the "story". It's still a total bullshit point, and the sin still holds up; there's no excusing it.
Jey Tee It wasn't 'conveniently' caught on camera, it was either something top secret that Lex had gotten access to or had hacked into, or something he was filming/following himself.
And again, top secret Government information is something Lex makes it his business to know and get information on.
If Amanda Waller knows Batman is Bruce Wayne, there's no reason Lex wouldn't either, considering the secrets he knows and intel he gets.
The freaking Joker knows Batman is Bruce Wayne and has known for a while, you think Lex wouldn't? #comeoncuh
Correction: Bronze Age Joker knows Batman's identity. Bronze Age Joker relies on Batman to exist. If he didn't have Batman, he would descend into utter, giggling madness, rather the controlled, mentally-snapped state he is now.
Kabobawsome The Joker that shot Barbara Gordon and killed Jason Todd knows who Batman is. That's who the DCEU Joker is.
This is all true, but needed to be explained in the film.
Excuse me Jeremy. Why do you insist on not doing a sin video for Deadpool or Civil War, yet here you are doing Dawn of Justice for the second GODDAMN time???
I'm sure he'll get around to all the requested great movies as soon as he can. The dissection, slowed playback for detailed analysis , and familiarizing himself with all the multi-layered content all take a fair bit of time. BvS is easy to excrete all over without much effort lol. So despite the ultimate only being the ultimate failure, he just added more embarrassing holes despite the reveals. LOL @ Half the movie is Bat's and Bat dreams and it wouldn't be a Bat-flick if they didn't show the origin/ Murder of Bruce's parents in every single Fr%@#& N Movie ffs! Hahah ! I love Jeremy. He Kicks ass and makes me laugh every single time !
Deadpool is harder to do, Jeremy has to tread carefully with Good movies or titles where the Lore and fan base is so Huge that he'd be stoned to death if he's not accurate or God forbid adding sins for personal reasons/emotions ! His thorough researching , perfect visual and auditory memory , and outstanding meticulous breakdown of all Cinasin material is Bloody Genius
Jeremy is the Columbo/ Sherlock Homes/Dexter/Gregory HOUSE of the Cinema World !!!
I'm hoping he get's around to Deadpool , Usual Suspects, Any and All Scorsese films, Oceans 11,12 and My personal favorite "HEAT" by Michael Mann.
Jeremy Pleease tell me HEAT is on your short " to do list" and NO Not your 5 foot and under sexual conquests ! Wa-Wahh ( performs Jeremy's sarcastic laugh) ....I'll PP you a reasonable amount of $$$$ if you can do this one soon for me sir :)
Long Live Jeremy ! Keep up the Fantastic Work !!!
Reason number 1, hating on batman v superman is still a popular meme.
Reason number 2, Civil war only released on dvd on the 13th. It takes time.
Reason number 3, Marvel is owned by Disney, which is up there with Japan for butthurt DMCA abuse
Reason number 4, Jeremy said he's going to wait for Deadpool 2 release date to be announced, to capitalize on the hype train.
The movie came out months ago and is still giving attention , it would not be a surprise that in 10 years this turns in a cult film
Pulp Fiction was hated in his time
wut? Pulp fiction got nominated for a shit load of awards when it first came out. It was a critical and commercial success.
Hoang Nguyen A lot of casual hated the movie and says was terrible, silly and overplayed, my father remember how his friends and companions hated when it come out, in general, wasnt very popular, his fame comes with the time, but im just talking about public in general, because the critics love it, but still movies what are classics today but in his time was hated for the critics, like Psycho, Fight Club and The Shining, the critics just hate this movies, but today they are just cult films
I don't think BvS exactly qualifies for cult status. It's a very big name movie that has had huge marketing and met a great financial success, and it's the start of an entire movie franchise. If BvS qualifies as a cult movie, then every critically panned movie does.
pulp fiction wasn't hated. only by people questioning it's violence.
remove all the sins for gal gadot's wonder woman reveal.
