He was a kitten when my Mom found him outside he was covered in fleas and sick so we brought him in and he’s all better now and almost full grown but part of his tail is kinda strange looking. It almost seems like the previous owner of him might’ve get his tail stuck in something? It’s just weird and he’s been like that ever since we found him. He can still jump pretty good.
They're quite young to be so chatty. My experience is that kittens are noisy, then you get the sullen teenage period, followed by a silent maturity. It's only when quite old that cats discover that they get more attention by talking.

In the words of Shrek, "It's getting him to shut up that's the trick!" But I wouldn't trade him for the world! Hearing him meowing, trilling, or even going "Murrow!" always makes me smile! Not to mention the many laughs his countless funny antics bring!

I'm really sorry about that. Have you thought about volunteering at the SPCA? I've done it at the SF SPCA and I absolutely LOVED it. I had to stop because of health issues; but I plan to go back. You can choose whether you want to do cats or dogs (some people do both). That way, you can be around cats, help get them adopted, even though you're currently are unable to have a cat in your house.
