How many of us have driven to the store, parked the car, walked inside, saw 1 cashier with 20 people in line and turned around and walked out of the store? Joann’s loses customers AFTER they’re in the store!
And don’t get me started on corporations taking a tax write off on the money their customers donated!!!

    • @ll_317
      @ll_317 Місяць тому +8

Yes. In my area the employees told me they get about 2 days a week to work. It was bad when I worked there but it just seems to be worse now.

      YEESSS!!!!
Last Christmas season, my husband went in to get me a gift card and took my boys. They were excited b/c they know I like to shop there and wanted to pick something out for me. My husband was stressed FOR The employees and my boys said the store looked like it was “100 years old”. My husband who is in finance said “sorry dear, that store is not long for this world, you might want to spend your gift cards sooner rather than later”
When I went in the first week of December, the cashier told me the store let go HALF of its staff. She looked like she was on the verge of tears. The A/C has been broken for two years at my local Phoenix Arizona store and they have had large swamp coolers in there. It’s going to be 110º range this week.
But, nice to see they spent all this money on this cute ad 🙄
They have some core, fundamental problems they need desperately to address. I hope they do b/c I really do not want to see them go despite my criticism.

I have gone up to the cashier and there was no cashier! She was outside in front of the store emptying trash or bringing stuff in or something. I’m not saying those things shouldn’t be done but the poor teenage cashier can’t do everything and it looks so unprofessional and unsafe to have the person controlling the cash registers- all 8 of them, abandoned. I used to like going to JoAnns but now I dread it and the one I go to was remodeled with all the new brighter lights and shelving- the ones that put fabric up higher so most people can’t reach things. They built out an area to have Cricut classes in the middle of the store with nice tables etc but they have never had 1 class….not 1. I have been wanting to take a class to use my Cricut better but when I called last week and spoke to the 1 employee who would answer the phone, she said no, they stopped having classes during Covid. Then why did they build out the class area after Covid? In the fabric area, instead of having tickets where you get a number if they’ve busy cutting fabric, they want people to register on some electronic pad that’s up higher and not ADA compliant. They want you to used this even if nobody else is in line. Now, all this “rebranding” mess, it’s like they have 10 different personalities. I wish they would pick 1 and make it a nice shopping experience with actual employees around to answer questions and help us. It’s sad, this “leadership” team is not looking out for the best interest of the company and they could care less about the customers. They are just using corporate raid tactics. Anybody remember what happened to Radio Shack or Circut City? Why do I keep shopping here and watching these reports if I’m so unhappy with JoAnns? I keep hoping they will turn around and wake up to being a store for their customers. I like to look and feel fabric in person- not on a computer screen. And this rebranding and this notice that says they are interested in their younger customers, well that’s great but what about us older customers that actually go into the store with our money to spend. Do they care about us or only virtue signaling with all of the charities that they say that they are supporting?

I used to love buying Fabrics at Joann's Fabrics.
Then they jumped on the Michael's/Hobby Lobby wagon and carried less and less of the fabrics I needed and more and more crap. And unnecessarily expensive frou-frou fabrics and super junky inexpensive cheap stuff they pass off as fabric.
I want seperate craft supply, art supply, cooking/pastry/candy supply, and fabric/ yarn stores.
Not an "everything as cheap *ss & cr@ppy as can be and add some pointless junk" store, but that's what the big 3 are competing to be.

I thought it was just my store that is like that. Joanne’s is about 5 minutes from my house but I will drive 30 minutes to Hobby Lobby because the customer service is amazing and they have low prices every day. My experience with Joanne’s isn’t good. I reached out to corporate with my issue thinking they would handle it and keep me as a customer since I have spent thousands there…NOPE! I just received a generic response.

I would like to see Joann differentiate themselves from Michael’s and Hobby Lobby. Go back to the core with quality garment and craft fabric, sewing patterns and notions. Maybe some classes.
Yarn and supplies for knitting, crochet fit, as do Mill Hill beads and kits to draw in new stitchers. Basic cross stitching supplies like DMC and some linen and Aida. They need to stop trying to be everything else. I don’t want plastic holiday decorations, signs with silly sayings, fake flowers. Stick to all things involving needles and thread, fabric, floss and yarn.

      @musicmama2864 Місяць тому +6

I totally understand what you are saying but coming from someone that used to work there within the last few years, that would be a double edged sword for them. I think what you are saying for them to do would depend on the area because where I live holiday and decor items sold the best. Fabric only did good during prom season. With Hobby Lobby, Michaels and even Walmart selling fabric, this is their competition.

    • @IBmisspeppermint
      @IBmisspeppermint Місяць тому +2

I would guess they strayed because they were trying to keep afloat. I see all the craft stores starting to sell instant things. Look at Hobby Lobby - they are adding a whole bunch of kitchen items and reducing the size of the fabric and yarn sections again. That says to me that just selling fabric and notions is not profitable.

They are still ignoring almost half the population. Men use products that Joann sells such as vinyl cutting machines and various other craft supplies. As a model railroader, I use quite a few products that Joann sells. When an idea comes to mind, I like to go to Joann and grab what I need for a project. Recently, I purchased some sequins and some small glass beads. When strung onto a wire, they became a convincing miniature of a high tension insulator. Now I have a number of those hanging from some little electrical towers on my model railroad. Now, I’d like to see Joann get more into 3D printing. It would be nice to have a local source for filament or resin , perhaps even machines. A skilled operator can actually make model train cars and details for his or her model railroad using 3D printing.

Men and masculine people are such a neglected demographic in craft outlets everywhere. It was always kind of sad to see the way many men reacted to being inside Jo-Ann; they seemed like they were equally embarrassed and bewildered. I saw more than one refuse to even come in the door.
Jo-Ann, despite its faults, has always been a very accepting place to work; no ageism, homophobia, or anything like that. Our STL went out of her way to hire men so that more people would feel comfortable working and shopping there.

The problem they, and other big "craft" stores, have is they lost the notion of what "crafting" is. We don't need a huge candy display, drink coolers, kid toys like plushies etc. They are getting rid of actual craft supplies and bringing in more junk to be like Walmart. Then they charge 3-4x the price just so they can give us a "deal" with a 50-60% coupon with so many limitations it takes 20 minutes just to figure out what works on what. No dedicated cashiers, the few employees scheduled complaining to and about each other and lack of work etc. I come out of my local store depressed and ticked off, lol. They can't even unpack new items, they just leave bins of plastic covered items stacked around like the dollar store. Their reward system sucks too.

Thank you for your video update of Joann's. As a 17.5 year veteran of the local Joann's, this sounds like the same old, same old! Totally agree that an uninformed executive came up with this " rebrand". The whole thing is confusing and frankly, stupid. Agree with what everyone has commented on. Get back to the basics of sewing and crafting. Have quality fabrics for customers. Cheap fabric started over a decade ago at the store. The calico was poor quality cotton, funky finishes on it & often printed designs, not woven. I don't see how this is going to draw new customers in. They will continue to lose loyal customers. Definitely quit carrying all the holiday decor & home decor. Everybody is correct, FIX THE EXISTING PROBLEMS!!! Sure am glad I have retired and no longer work there. Can't imagine having to promote this JO-AND crap. ❤&☮ to all! 👩‍🦳

I go to Joann regularly. The prices are out of hand, even at the "sale price". On my last trip while browing the Halloween offerings, I saw they have a dollar store quality item on the shelf priced at $15. There was a similar item at Target last year, twice the size, for less. There were 2 employees in the store, one for the cut counter and one for the register in the front. The corporate executives are absolutely killing this business. They all need to spend a month working in a store under the conditions they expect the store employees to work under, and for the same pay. It has gotten to the point that unless I want to see my favorite employee and I need fabric, I go to other stores for my craft supplies.

Hi someone with ASD here. My SO has ADHD and i can tell you that this ad is 100% TARGETED to ppls with ADHD. Ppls with ADHD esp those with crafting hyperfixations, will pick up hobbies like crazy. There are ADHD crafting facebook groups im in and some of them have Crochet, knitting, sewing, rockpainting, jar collecting, and it goes on and on and they collect. (i do this too so im not hating here, this is just an observation) This ad is very much giving off Ooh you can do this and that and and and, and then those ppl with nerodivergance just buy buy buy and sometimes they do the crafts and other times its fun for a little while and then its boring. Again, this isnt me hating, I do this too. I think thats who Joanns is targeting and im not too sure im okay with that. Its kinda manipitive esp those who have a hard time with implusle control (me too) Anyways soap box over sorry this is so long.

  • @IBmisspeppermint
    @IBmisspeppermint Місяць тому +4

I appreciate your posts on Joann’s IDK if it will make any difference but, I went to their ad on YT and posted the following. They may or may not keep it up but I’ll post it here in case they delete it. 🤷‍♀ “Ok, I find it a good idea to ask the recently graduated college students that work there what good ideas they had for an ad. That’s fine.
However, please focus on the fundamentals of your stores first.
My husband and kids went into a local store in December to buy me a gift card for Christmas and maybe a little yarn or fabric, a nice notion. My teenagers had never been in there “mom, it looked like a dump, do you really shop there regularly?!”
I really hope you do not intend on dumping a bunch of cash on the ether that is advertising without the intention of retaining customers produced from your ad campaign. What is your ROI on this if the below isn’t addressed to retain customers?
If you want the younger generation to also shop there on a regular basis you will need to address the obvious that has obviously not been addressed.
    Inventory tracking.
When something shows in stock in the store or online and your customers purchase - NO ONE or it should be VERY RARE to receive an “uh-oh!” Email from Enrique saying you don’t have it in stock. 🙄 It’s 2024, get it together.
    Staff
When the holidays roll around, don’t let half of your seasoned staff go. This is a time to HIRE people so your stores are not 30/40 people deep with one or two registers open. Again -🙄
    Stocking
When you send items to your stores, it’s best to stock overnight, when you don’t have customers that can’t get into aisles because you decide to send two truck loads of inventory for the staff you just cut in half to put up AND now require to jump when there is an online order for pick up AND there is a line of customers.
    Dated
Your stores are dated, dirty and I read online that many of them are without air conditioning in the hot summer months. I realize this is a huge cost to get these up to date but maybe add more lighting to at least be able to see in the narrow aisles? IDK but something needs to change. From what I read online - NO ONE - not even your corporate store-looks anything like the shiny, beautifully stocked store you have in your fancy, probably very costly ad.
Hopefully you don’t delete my comment but - even if you do, everyone who shops at your stores and even your biggest fans already know all of the above.
Now, everyone is just hoping you get started on the fundamental parts that your customers are actually looking for. ”

I've never seen the JoAnn store here busy, but I like to go sometimes because there's a prairie dog colony out front. However, I will never order online from them again. I had 5 items in my last order. They were shipped separately all over the country before getting back to me - still waiting on 1 item 2 weeks later - and 2 fabrics were chopped into multiple pieces.
Ordering online often results in cancellations, and ordering for pick up is just as bad. I'm too new to sewing to be stuck in the habit of buying from them, and that's a problem they will continue to face until they make real changes.

My issues with Joann's was it seemed like they hiked up the prices so you could use a coupon. And I didn't find their quality or variety of fabric to be all that great. But they're the only apparel fabric store in a 30 min drive for me so they've got that going for them.

  • @sleebyhollow
    @sleebyhollow Місяць тому +2

First thoughts on the ad as a long time crafter in my late thirties was that it was too choppy and went into too many unrelated crafts for one ad. A few different ads with various interesting craft connections would have been better like you said. But- if I remember the craft loving kid I was in the 90's I would have loved this ad so much and would have driven my parents nuts with it until they took me to Joann. Hopefully it will resonate with gen Z/alpha as well.
I think if they really want to push the collaborative nature, there should have been a scene where she meets up with her friends, gives them the bracelets and they all decide to go on a shop and make day. Also way to give into the stereotype that only grannies know how to crochet and that vintage colored granny squares are the extent of their skill 🙄
I think JO-AND is a very confusing name for anyone that is not already aware of the brand and I hope by rebrand that they are not changing the name of the store to that. It's a better fit namewise for in store/online classes.

A lot of issues are down to the STL (store team leader or store manager) and the things they do at their discretion. Each one I've seen has their own priorities (apart from the district and corporate ones) like hiring and task management. And then, of course, there's temperament; some people just aren't cut out for retail management. To be fair, it's really a pretty thankless job but some manage it better than others.

As an artist, my first choice in supplies (like oil paint) is Blick (I lived near a physical store and never left with less than a $50 purchase), then Michael's. For Joann's, anything outside fabric has always felt like an afterthought. We spent hours putting away fabric every night, but never the rest of the store. There was NEVER a floor person. This was end of 2020. To me, it feels like a CEO who doesn't craft made the choice and they are trying to copy Michael's or Hobby Lobby rather than focusing on offering quality fabric or actually trying to beef up the rest of the store.

Corporations who too often end up failing, are known for creating these very expensive ad campaigns that are so slick and attractive and can get people in the store. The problem is they don't get people to come BACK to the store. The problem is that if they don't make needed changes at their stores to backup the attractive advertising...and that's the hard part, nothing will really change.

Hello, this is the first I have seen your channel. UA-cam thought I would like it. I liked this "show" a lot. Your questions about the new ad were my questions as well. If they are promoting being creative through crafting, then they need to give the space that is devoted to home decor and just out of place stuff to inventory actually useful to creatives. Having employees available to cut yardage would be a huge step in the right direction. And their online ordering is a huge mess. If you call customer service they are not helpful at all. I stopped trying years ago. I have friends who say it hasn't changed. Thanks for the info. I look forward to your next video.

When my friend was in college she and all her roommates were strapped for cash, so she’d repair clothes, and her roommate would shoplift from Joann’s for sewing supplies bc it was so easy. She’d go in, pretend to load a basket, pocket other things like thread and needles and patches, and then go to the checkout line and pretend to balk since 10 people would be waiting for one cashier, and leave the basket without being suspicious because it happened all the time there. Not condoning that but clearly the lack of staffing is losing them money rather than saving it
Joann’s online is great (at least for stock and pricing)! I found DMC cotton thread for like a quarter per skein, they have like actual natural fibers other than cotton, like they had a cashmere knit, wool flannel… but in store it looks like those March 2020 pics of cleared out shelves, the empty fabric counter in the middle of the store makes it feel like a ghost town. They only have cotton and polyester, maybe rayon if you’re lucky

Maybe they featured a gen z, but it sure felt like it was targeted to a 1950's housewife! Wonder if they did any surveys to find out what people didn't like. I don't shop my local Joann's because the fabric is crammed on the shelves, you have to wrestle it on and off the shelves. You can't fit 2 people with carts in the aisle. I'm always thinking if they let go of some of the junk they could make the fabric aisles and shelves shopable. Personally I like to see and touch fabric, not wrestle with it. I have seen some great Joann stores on you tube videos that I would love to shop at, wish all their stores followed that method. I do shop them online once a month or so. No issues there. Have done I'm store pickup a few times and my item was ready at the checkout aisle on arrival.

I'm not saying they're copying anyone, but Etsy recently began an advertising campaign that is all about "gift giving." I haven't heard if it's successful or not. Hey Joann, here's a thought 💭 How about you returning to your roots and focusing on fabrics, notions, and all things sewing related and great prices on patterns and then sell a reasonable amount of crafting, paper crafting (a larger amount of Ranger & Tim Holtz products would be wonderful) and then small sections of fine art and home dec supplies too. Quit trying to be Michael's or Hobby Lobby. When stores try to be all things to all people, that's when they start buying bunches of inventory (that are not their core products and that go right away to 50% off) and then they begin to bleed cash and then slowly stumble into bankruptcy and eventually close their doors permanently. I hope this doesn't happen to Joann, but it looks like they may be grabbing at straws?

  • @juliecangialosi7183

I don't see the purpose in spending money on rebranding instead of focusing on how to get and keep customers. To your point about Halloween- if they are trying to reach crafters who are making seasonal items, you need to have access to the items prior to the season so you have time to make the crafts, especially if the person is selling at craft fairs or making gifts. In regards to customer service in the store - there is a huge opportunity there to woo customers to JoAnn. I shop at several national craft stores and they all seem to lack employee support for assistance in finding items or getting fabric cut or general customer service. Store appearance is another area of focus that is completely lacking in the JoAnn stores near me, it's like shopping in a disorganised and not very clean warehouse. I agree completely with the online shopping experience.. I have had orders cancelled, been charged multiple times for an order or lost items that were in my digital cart. I can say that I have never had a quality issue in regards to anything I purchased at JoAnn. I agree that the ad was good but tried to focus on too many crafts at once. I am easily distracted in craft stores but not in 30 seconds, lol. JoAnn would do better to polish the stores the look like a quilt or yarn shop small business owner and provide better customer service and online service than to change their name.

  • @aliciaoverturf

As a former part time employee, I can say there was never enough hours for staff. If the store has eight checkout registers, room for 4 cut table stations, a framing section with custom orders, and a shipping program for filling orders then that store on the most minimum needs 15 employees per shift.
When there is not enough customers to fill work stations then those employees can work the overflow of stock that always needs arranging, fronting, and even basic cleaning methods like dusting.
Putting 5-7 staff on a store like that and demand all the tasks done in a timely manner during peak customer rush hours is insanity. Nothing but filling a customers request list to then rush to check them out takes priority. So if the cut table carts are over flowing there is no one to return the fabric because all the cutters but one or two are up at the register to bring the line down.
Just my thoughts, they may never hear them, but there it is. I used to drive 1hour to my local joanns for work and never got enough hours throughout most of the year (besides Halloween to Christmas) to make the drive worthwhile. I spent half my pay in gas and home made lunches took another 1/4 of my check. Not much left over for exploration to help with promoting it to potential new customers.

There used to be many stores and they all had many patterns to buy. I love to see but can’t get patterns or fabric and notions. Totally agree that it comes off as a clueless MBA's idea of what a craft rebrand would be without looking at reviews or having focus groups OF CRAFTERS. Our local JA had a store refresh not too long ago where the signage got changed over to the new colors and font. So now all the stores will get new signage? That's not cheap and I question the wisdom of spending so much on changing signage twice in as many years. How does this really improve the customer experience? If customers look at the new sign and go "Oh, new sign. Okay." and they still don't have the hours for team members to stock and cash people out, that's just annoying and not just for the customers!

I feel like a better ad would be “Jo-and you” and focus on how the store can “team up “ with the customer to bring them the supplies they need for their creative endeavors. Much more personal and makes a lot more sense.
Edit to add: my issue is they closed the store closest to me and moved farther away, less incentive for me to go there when there is a Michael’s closer. Also they rarely have any quality items I’m looking for and what they do offer is over priced for what it is, I say this mostly referring to yarn which is my main craft.

Improving their app and adding the ability to pay with Venmo and use multiple coupons would be a big improvement. Pickup is also a pain. If you do curbside, sometimes it's out quickly and sometimes it takes forever, because there's no one available to bring it out. If you go in for pickup, you have to wait in a long-ass line which kind of defeats the "convenience" of online ordering. Then once you get your order, you get a $5 off coupon that has to be used the same day. I never use it. Maybe that's the point - they want you in the store, browsing and looking for impulse buys.
But yeah, a big part of the problem is that the staffing sucks and the prices are too high. IDK, I'm not a business major or anything, but I know Hobby Lobby did away with their coupons and lowered prices. I rarely go there unless I'm desperate, but it is always hopping, with multiple registers open.
It's sad, because I really do want to like Joann. I've been shopping there forever for supplies to feed my various hobbies. We already lost Hancock, and Michaels doesn't have a lot of sewing stuff or fabric, so if my only option is Heaven's Gift Shop, I will probably just have to do more sewing from stash and buying from thrift stores.

The marketing campaign is deeply unimpressive, but it's not necessarily representative of the direction the new leadership will be taking. There simply hasn't been enough time since the bankruptcy for that. They still have to sell off all the inventory that was ordered under the old business model - including stuff that isn't in the stores yet, but is already under contract from manufacturers. So no matter what the new plan is, we'll still be seeing the same old crap for sale for months.

I loved Joann's Fabrics till their prices went through the roof. I used to treat the place like a candy store leaving with a cart full of goodies, but because of prices, I ended up having to treat it as a last resort (and that was years before covid drove prices up). I'd only buy the thing I went there for and have to stand in a slooowwww line (a line of 3 people could take 15 minutes because of only one checkout and reasons) to buy the thing. Can't wait to do that again! /s
I bought several dozen things from their website but that was bad too (I don't know how it is now). At least 1/3 of the things I tried to buy were "unavailable" after I bought them (stores weren't keeping up with stock reporting?) so I'd get a "sorry" email from them. Delivery was always over a week, 2 weeks wasn't unusual, 3 wasn't out of the question. So online didn't work for me either.
And also, I really despise it when stores use 'member' coupons to make their prices almost reasonable instead of just making their prices reasonable in the first place. Joann's is a straight-up ripoff without coupons. I-do-not-want-to-deal-with-coupons! (paper or app variety)
A renaming is pointless. They need to set worthwhile prices on their overwhelmingly Chinese-made goods and treat their employees better/hire more employees so they don't act like overworked honey badgers to customers...IF you can find one. Their stores are a mess, their employees are unhappy, their customers are unhappy, and their prices are absurd. Fix THAT Jo-whatever.
Thanks for letting me rant. I'm done now.

That's what you get when the seasonal is front and center and has to be reset 6-8 times a year; there's always a week or two when it's all empty and sad looking during the reset. The other stupid thing was Halloween and Fall/Thanksgiving stuff came in and went on clearance at the same time so when people were looking for Thanksgiving stuff, it was all gone. Same for what I called Red, White, and Blue Season which started before Memorial Day and was gone way before the 4th of July. Customers hate it and workers hate it.

I don't know that I agree about them focusing on one craft per ad. Traditionally, crafters may have focused on one craft, but I don't think that's the case anymore. With the rise of the internet, people are trying their hands at everything. A lot of the young folk who get into crafting ARE doing plural types of crafts. In fact, it's rare to see them only into one. I do upcycling, sewing, knit and crochet, and occasionally make jewelry. The "And-" is to play into that "do all the things" mentality that's especially prominent in youth, much more so than those who have gotten older and settled into their preferences.
I'm not saying it isn't a completely useless corporate move to rebrand like this, but the thought process has its logic.

I have never been helped to get fabric cut by a happy worker. They are never around and if they are then they are always mad.

Cut table is the worst. So many people with no clue about how much fabric they wanted or needed. After about 5 of those, plus the ones that wanted to make curtains or table cloths and were shocked (SHOCKED!!) that they needed to measure their windows/tables will tend to make a person a bit cranky because a nonzero number of these folks will yell at you as if it were your fault that they can't get their fabric today. To be fair, a lot of that was to do with the fact that JA wouldn't take partial fabric returns* but that's not the fault of the employees.
If I had a nickel for every person who tried very hard to tell me that all windows/tables/pillows/even a wall once (!) were all STANDARD sizes, Id've been able to take my husband out for a VERY nice meal. Add to that having to do your own remnants in front of all those people glaring at you while waiting to get fabric cut and trying to put fabric away? forget it.
      *Ever, period, for any reason

Jo And needs to go back to sewing basics. Most people go to Jo Ann's for fabric. When they started carrying all the other stuff their business started to fail. As a former employee I noticed this 20 plus years ago. There are not enough employees to help customers.

Around here we go to hobby lobby instead of Joann’s. HL has enough people working to help you, even their regular price on fabric is cheaper than Joanne’s sale prices. Joanne’s puts out all these coupons that are confusing and restrictive. Joanne’s is dirty and messy. Changing the name will not fix the way the stores are run. Joanne’s is not reading the room

They are not spurring creativity in the store. The press release does not relate to the reality or their retail offering. They have no clothing samples made up, fabric area is always a mess, the organization of the fabric never makes sense, the pattern cabinets are always so dirty.
    How about restocking Gutermann thread?!

Wow. Gutermann thread is the easier one to stock, too! Coates and Clark's system is pure shite. Same for the stupid buttons.

Jo-And??? The ad was all over the place; definitely not inspiring, a little confusing. I vote for keeping the name as Joann and bringing more sewing & crafting inspiration not home decor. We can create our own home decor.

You’re right, the ad is all over the place…just like their rebranding. Let’s not fix the real problems but just create busy work for the executives and upper management with the rebranding 🙄

    Re: how Joanns is doing.
Well. our hours have been drastically cut. This coming week there is one person stocking the entire store. One.
    So. There's that.
And the store is *still* disgustingly filthy, with no time given to cleaning.
Edited to add: This bankruptcy is their opportunity to *really* make a difference with clean, well staffed, well stocked stores selling quality goods not trashy tchotchkes. And it appears they're squandering it. The writing is on the wall, and it's so sad. It could have been great...but it's not.

It's too scattered. I'll go check out the current clearance sale for anything I might actually need. I expect them to fold by Christmas.
No brick and mortar store can maintain that diverse inventory. There will be shortages of some stuff and a dusty excess of other item. To compete with online sources they have to offer expertise, reliable quality, and the opportunity for customers to see and feel the merchandise.
The talk of inspiration, adventure, exploration ... blah blah blah. Sounds like an AI mashup of the usual corporation fluffy terms. It's from people who don't do any sort of crafting and likely have no respect for it either.
