First thing that came to my mind was OP’s sister isn’t all together upstairs. But it was still a revelation to me that sis was on medication for anxiety depression. It in no way excuses her actions but explains the reasons she was behaving this way. I hope that her sis will eventually gets all the help and support she needs and ‘gets it all together’. She put pics of her sister’s minor child online without permission. She stopped taking her medication because her boyfriend said something to make her feel bad about taking it. No excuses! She’s a whole adult, not 5. Also, June was the golden child who got everything handed to her and yet at 41, she has neither a pot to p*ss in; nor a window of her own to throw it out of.

In college my dorm phone number ended up on a span call list. I was getting tired of all the calls while I was studying and I gave one of them the biggest sob story about how I had died the day before in this horrific car accident, fake tears and all. I didn’t get another call.

I too love messing with span/scam callers. One of my favorite responses is play along with them for like 5 minutes or so, but then just start babbling randomness (make it sound like another language,) and then get more aggressive if they do the whole “I can’t understand you.” 😂
S1: This is crazy. I would have gone nuts if my sister was posting my children as hers. I would be so mad. I would definitely kick her out and I would expose her online so she wouldn't be able to steal my life online again.

I don't think it's that bad. For me, it seems OP's parents were well off and able to accommodate OP and June, but OP wants to be independent and not asking the parents for help. Meanwhile, June was kinda the spoiled and jealous one, failing at adulting. The fact that OP seemed to still have good relationship with parents and June showed.
back years ago the first born got all the best. Younger siblings had to take the leftovers and crumbs from the oldest. That’s the way is was. It’s still this way with many from the old school and those from different cultures.
It could also be a lot of different things, there is a 13-year age gap between these kids Op was 4 or 5 her sister went to college. It could just be that her parents didn't plan op well and we're just trying to get the daughter through school and thought everything would be easier when sis was done end up spending way too much money on the older sister. Maybe her father just didn't have the money then maybe he lost his job or tried a new job

Initial Post: I would not "ask" her about the blog, I'd *TELL* her she is to hand over the account or she must leave immediately. Either she hands over the account witch I then go through and mass delete all the posts and leave one explaining that the sister stole my identity and was trying to pose as me in the blog(though I'm a guy so this would be difficult). Or she doesn't hand over the blog to which she must leave immediately because I consider her a danger.(plus I don't remember the sis paying rent in the story) This is EXACTLY where you want an ultimatum, because there is no ground on which she can stand where this is okay at all. Update: Ya it doesn't excuse anything she did. I think there was a story on one of the other channels where the OP claimed his sister was the 'golden child' when he actually was, same here. Jane story is actually one many can relate to. Not the creating a blog as a someone else but laying about who you are and your accomplishment to appear like you have it all figure it out. Instagram is full of people who seem younger, smarter, and richer than you and then looking around your life and realizing that you are already 30 and laid off, without home, with deadlines after deadlines is very depressing. Most of us imagine success and what we want to have at a certain age. This is a very dangerous idea of success because if you don't reach it you feel about yourself and "how you aren't doing anything with your life." Jane probably was not really stealing her sister story because she wanted to be her but because her sister's life fitted what Jane associated with successful. Also, being the "favorite" probably also contributed with her feeling even worst even before loosing her job and boyfriend as she had to high expectations to fill which made it seem like she was not working hard enough and how could she need anti-depressant when she was suppose to be perfect? After loosing her boyfriend and job it was like suddenly she lost it all and she began comparing herself to her sister which did not help. Now here is my reality: I am 23 and success for me always looked like graduating at 23, having my dream job at 25, buying a huge house before 30, maybe a boyfriend (never liked relationship) and supporting my mother. I consider myself smart and before high school i was very committed to my work but after college I was struggling to motivate myself to complete any work. I managed and graduated with a 3.5 but I can tell you that my professor received very many late work from me. Currently, I'm back to school after taking 3 semesters off when it was only supposed to be one. I feel lost, its been too long since last time I reviewed any concepts, I not only have to catch up with everything that is due but I also have to get my whole shit together before this Friday. I have 4 weeks before needing to get a internship and by then I should have created this complete persona that one day I was when I was younger but that now I am behind. What June did was very bad, OP did the right thing is making her leave the home who knows what she would’ve done next. I’m curious about one thing though that I would’ve liked explained why is there such a big age gap between OP and June 13 years, that’s a lot. Sometimes that happens when there are quite a few siblings from the oldest to the youngest but I got the impression that this was just the two of them

I had someone do this to me but it went far and beyond innocent.. She received 2yrs in jail.. Long story short I am getting my PhD in Forensic Psychology and Applied Behavior and already have my MS in it.. She was literally taking in patients for money!! The issue is she obviously cannot help because she doesn't have the education and second, this field of Psychology is not for seeing patients, I research serial killers or listen from afar to diagnose... She should have researched... It was scary though but it's done...
Love the last one, laughing my socks off. A few years ago, not a revenge or anything but quite funny, I really needed a doctors appointment, was told they are full so call at 8 in the morning. It was, by then, 8.20 am, so say I have been trying to get through since 8. Hung up and a few minutes later I called back a bit p'd off. I put on Mrs Doubtfires accent (from Hull England) and asked 'hello my love, may I have an appointment with the lovely doctor as I am feeling really really bad right now, thank you so much sweet girl'. Right away she gave a little chuckle and asked if I could make it in for 11 am and what name is it please? In my own voice I told her and thanked her very much, see ya later and immediately hung up the phone. Couldn't believe I had just done that, hubster was astounded when I told him, I am quite shy you see. Couldn't stop laughing for the next 3 days. Just goes to show, us English can go suffer while Scottish can have what they want lol.

1st story: Wow, that really did start off like a horror movie plot... The massive Red flag was she was posting images of OPs child online without permission from OP or her Husband, and photos of the inside of the house. That could have been very dangerous.
She was nicer than I would have been. I not only would have *made* her delete every blog post, I would have further forced her to post one last time with something I had written explaining what she had done, and that the man was not her husband nor was the child hers. I would have dictated that that post remain up for as long as the site would keep the blog live. And then I _still_ would have kicked her out.
Story 1: Find anywhere, where the sister's fans would be and drop the uncropped pictures with you. Take screenshots and put them on blast to anyone who knows the truth. Compile evidence that the sister has taken photos; in your clothes, with your family, in your house. Some people don't stop just when confronted due to some weird addiction. Insist that she should insist that she have it flags for fraud if she denies it's her work. Good to know that the husband wasn't in on it since that was my next concern. So this is a story about an older sister not tolerating her little sister getting anything she couldn't, a spoilt brat.

She came to live with OP's family as a result of having arguments which got her; fired from work, ended the romatic relationship and kicked out of residence, then we have her bx here in OP's story.

I agree there could have been horrible things happen due to her online blog, but obviously a negative outcome was never the only thing that could happen, Thank the LORD! OP and hubby handled this 1 million% correctly. I don't believe there could have been a better outcome under the circumstances, other than if Junie had been stable enough not to have had such a loud and semi negative manner, but at least she did leave without any physical harm happening and the emotional effects could be overcome with some time and because as soon as seeing it immediately, addressed it and did so from a place of love!!! I think OP, Hubby and Leah and Junie will eventually all come to see this also as a learning experience that needs to put into a diary for Junie's sake to "be read" revisited anytime Junie needs help understanding the who, what, where, when, why and how of something taking place could affect her and what has worked in the past to help and MOST and make things worse. Although Junie was the one in the wrong here, her intent had been more to pretend to have all of that and not so much as to hurt OP, but she knew it would if she was ever caught. I think the sisters can mend their fences over time. I think when a person can understand why someone did something even if the something was wrong, it helps for me anyway, to be able to move forward into forgiveness of the wrongdoing and the person. Forgiveness is more for OP than it will ever be the offender, but of course it is for them as well!! Forgiveness helps one let go of all of the negative emotions, feelings, energies related to the offense. It helps to recover easier for all involved as well, BUT it NEVER means or implies that the actions of the offender were ever okay, and they will NEVER be considered as okay. I hope this taught or teaches Julie that although she has anxiety and depression that she must do what she needs to do medically to help keep the symptoms under control so this or similar situations don't happen again but continue treatment...AND NEVER allow someone to shame her for seeking medical assistance for those symptoms and surrounding herself with PEOPLE WHO WILL SUPPORT THIS MEDICAL NEED. WHAT WILL BE A GOOD WAY FOR HER TO FIND THOSE WHO WILL STICK AROUND, LOVE HER, FOR HERSELF AND ALL OF THE BIG STUFF. IT WAS THE BF'S ATTITUDE AND INSTANCE SHE GET OFF MEDS THAT SENT HER SPIRALLING. These stories just make me more relieved that I do not have sisters. My mom's half sister was a bit of a problem and two of my dad's three sisters were bat shit crazy so I've always been very glad not to have sisters. If it's a quarter-life crisis, she could take her own life. Exactly. I’ve experienced two family members with mental health issues. My brother and Mil. No one in both families ever considered abandoning either. Both got the full support of the entire family. Only narcissists and self righteous self centered slime would abandon a family member in a crisis. They have no empathy or compassion for anyone or anything outside of their personal wants.

It's hard to have a sister someone who almost you but not you. You come from the DNA and share a childhood so your shaped by the same upbringing. And it's also hard when your life is falling apart and the people close to are doing well. All that being said pretending to be someone else and posing yourself with their child and husband is appalling and horribly violating. Regardless of the circumstances or mental illness June was with it enough to know this was wrong. What she did was criminal and honestly she's lucky her sister, brother in law and parents cared enough to get her help and not press charge for identity theft.

She never owned up to it and then you let her back in your life. That is one of the dumbest things I've heard in a long time. If someone makes it up to you, owns up to their actions that's one thing. Not once did she ever. The non-creepy portions was the best she could do and even that wasn't even a half measure. If she can't own up to it, she certainly doesn't feel remorse about it. She can't even find fault in her actions. That alone should tell you to cut her out of your life permanently. It's all about how unfair everything is. OP did great getting her parents involved and on the same page early. This was handled quite well, and turned out about as well as it could have.

The horror movie was Single White Female. A girl puts an ad in the paper for a roommate, and the roomie turns out to be serial killer that slowly takes over her life and tries to kill her.
June was a Lifetime movie in the making. Phew!
I feel bad for June. How did she manage to have absolutely nothing after 41 years??? That boyfriend talking her out of taking medication was probably the reason she lost her job.
She put pics of her sister’s minor child online without permission. She stopped taking her medication because her boyfriend said something to make her feel bad about taking it. No excuses! She’s a whole adult, not 5.
Also, June was the golden child who got everything handed to her and yet at 41, she has neither a pot to p*ss in; nor a window of her own to throw it out of.
Why didn’t she start an Adventures in Aunting blog or something. All on the up-and-up with her sister’s family, only post anything related to them with their permission. She’d have a unique blog, unlike all the same old mommy-blogs.

In college my dorm phone number ended up on a span call list. I was getting tired of all the calls while I was studying and I gave one of them the biggest sob story about how I had died the day before in this horrific car accident, fake tears and all. I didn’t get another call.

I too love messing with span/scam callers. One of my favorite responses is play along with them for like 5 minutes or so, but then just start babbling randomness (make it sound like another language,) and then get more aggressive if they do the whole “I can’t understand you.” 😂

S1: This is crazy. I would have gone nuts if my sister was posting my children as hers. I would be so mad. I would definitely kick her out and I would expose her online so she wouldn't be able to steal my life online again.
Story 1: OP's father sucks with the blatant favoritism towards June over OP. If I were OP, I would make him acknowledge and make amends for it or go no contact.
I don't think it's that bad. For me, it seems OP's parents were well off and able to accommodate OP and June, but OP wants to be independent and not asking the parents for help. Meanwhile, June was kinda the spoiled and jealous one, failing at adulting.
The fact that OP seemed to still have good relationship with parents and June showed.
back years ago the first born got all the best. Younger siblings had to take the leftovers and crumbs from the oldest. That’s the way is was. It’s still this way with many from the old school and those from different cultures.
It could also be a lot of different things, there is a 13-year age gap between these kids Op was 4 or 5 her sister went to college. It could just be that her parents didn't plan op well and we're just trying to get the daughter through school and thought everything would be easier when sis was done end up spending way too much money on the older sister. Maybe her father just didn't have the money then maybe he lost his job or tried a new job

Initial Post: I would not "ask" her about the blog, I'd *TELL* her she is to hand over the account or she must leave immediately. Either she hands over the account witch I then go through and mass delete all the posts and leave one explaining that the sister stole my identity and was trying to pose as me in the blog(though I'm a guy so this would be difficult). Or she doesn't hand over the blog to which she must leave immediately because I consider her a danger.(plus I don't remember the sis paying rent in the story) This is EXACTLY where you want an ultimatum, because there is no ground on which she can stand where this is okay at all.
Update: Ya it doesn't excuse anything she did. I think there was a story on one of the other channels where the OP claimed his sister was the 'golden child' when he actually was, same here. She got almost everything while OP didn't get any of the opportunities. I mean she got three cars and OP got none, that's kinda cut and dry since sister didn't even have a proper counter to that. At least now she is getting medicated due to her body's inability to self regulate.

I do feel bad for Op’s sister depression and anxiety can REALLY mess you up . I’m not excusing her behavior BUT I do people who have depression and anxiety and they act like this. Plus her ex boyfriend is a jerk and also added to her depression. I’m happy she getting better and apologized.
Jane story is actually one many can relate to. Not the creating a blog as a someone else but laying about who you are and your accomplishment to appear like you have it all figure it out. Instagram is full of people who seem younger, smarter, and richer than you and then looking around your life and realizing that you are already 30 and laid off, without home, with deadlines after deadlines is very depressing. Most of us imagine success and what we want to have at a certain age. This is a very dangerous idea of success because if you don't reach it you feel about yourself and "how you aren't doing anything with your life." Jane probably was not really stealing her sister story because she wanted to be her but because her sister's life fitted what Jane associated with successful. Also, being the "favorite" probably also contributed with her feeling even worst even before loosing her job and boyfriend as she had to high expectations to fill which made it seem like she was not working hard enough and how could she need anti-depressant when she was suppose to be perfect? After loosing her boyfriend and job it was like suddenly she lost it all and she began comparing herself to her sister which did not help. Now here is my reality: I am 23 and success for me always looked like graduating at 23, having my dream job at 25, buying a huge house before 30, maybe a boyfriend (never liked relationship) and supporting my mother. I consider myself smart and before high school i was very committed to my work but after college I was struggling to motivate myself to complete any work. I managed and graduated with a 3.5 but I can tell you that my professor received very many late work from me. Currently, I'm back to school after taking 3 semesters off when it was only supposed to be one. I feel lost, its been too long since last time I reviewed any concepts, I not only have to catch up with everything that is due but I also have to get my whole shit together before this Friday. I have 4 weeks before needing to get a internship and by then I should have created this complete persona that one day I was when I was younger but that now I am behind. I feel like wasted potential and that my friends is a very very bad feeling. Anyhow, I feel better after writing this.

What June did was very bad, OP did the right thing is making her leave the home who knows what she would’ve done next. I’m curious about one thing though that I would’ve liked explained why is there such a big age gap between OP and June 13 years, that’s a lot. Sometimes that happens when there are quite a few siblings from the oldest to the youngest but I got the impression that this was just the two of them
The parents might have been okay with one kid but then an accidental pregnancy happened resulting in OP. In other words, OP might be an oopsie baby.

I had someone do this to me but it went far and beyond innocent.. She received 2yrs in jail.. Long story short I am getting my PhD in Forensic Psychology and Applied Behavior and already have my MS in it.. She was literally taking in patients for money!! The issue is she obviously cannot help because she doesn't have the education and second, this field of Psychology is not for seeing patients, I research serial killers or listen from afar to diagnose... She should have researched... It was scary though but it's done...

Love the last one, laughing my socks off. A few years ago, not a revenge or anything but quite funny, I really needed a doctors appointment, was told they are full so call at 8 in the morning. It was, by then, 8.20 am, so say I have been trying to get through since 8. Hung up and a few minutes later I called back a bit p'd off. I put on Mrs Doubtfires accent (from Hull England) and asked 'hello my love, may I have an appointment with the lovely doctor as I am feeling really really bad right now, thank you so much sweet girl'. Right away she gave a little chuckle and asked if I could make it in for 11 am and what name is it please? In my own voice I told her and thanked her very much, see ya later and immediately hung up the phone. Couldn't believe I had just done that, hubster was astounded when I told him, I am quite shy you see. Couldn't stop laughing for the next 3 days. Just goes to show, us English can go suffer while Scottish can have what they want lol.

1st story: Wow, that really did start off like a horror movie plot... The massive Red flag was she was posting images of OPs child online without permission from OP or her Husband, and photos of the inside of the house. That could have been very dangerous.
She was nicer than I would have been. I not only would have *made* her delete every blog post, I would have further forced her to post one last time with something I had written explaining what she had done, and that the man was not her husband nor was the child hers. I would have dictated that that post remain up for as long as the site would keep the blog live.
And then I _still_ would have kicked her out.

Story 1: Find anywhere, where the sister's fans would be and drop the uncropped pictures with you. Take screenshots and put them on blast to anyone who knows the truth. Compile evidence that the sister has taken photos; in your clothes, with your family, in your house. Some people don't stop just when confronted due to some weird addiction. Insist that she should insist that she have it flags for fraud if she denies it's her work. Good to know that the husband wasn't in on it since that was my next concern. So this is a story about an older sister not tolerating her little sister getting anything she couldn't, a spoilt brat.

fired from work, ended the romatic relationship and kicked out of residence, then we have her bx here in OP's story.
Holy Horror Movie Batman! What was sister's next move? Kill OP, graft her face onto hers, and pretend to be her forever? Gotta love that chain of manipulation. First she lied, then cried, then went on the offensive with more lies. Glad OP and husband gave her the boot. So she was in a bad place? Take up jogging or fitness then. OP and hubby handled this 1 million% correctly. I don't believe there could have been a better outcome under the circumstances, other than if Junie had been stable enough not to have had such a loud and semi negative manner, but at least she did leave without any physical harm happening and the emotional effects could be overcome with some time and because as soon as seeing it immediately, addressed it and did so from a place of love!!!
I think OP, Hubby and Leah and Junie will eventually all come to see this also as a learning experience that needs to put into a diary for Junie's sake to "be read" revisited anytime Junie needs help understanding the who, what, where, when, why and how of something taking place could affect her and what has worked in the past to help and MOST and make things worse.
Although Junie was the one in the wrong here, her intent had been more to pretend to have all of that and not so much as to hurt OP, but she knew it would if she was ever caught. I think the sisters can mend their fences over time. I think when a person can understand why someone did something even if the something was wrong, it helps for me anyway, to be able to move forward into forgiveness of the wrongdoing and the person. Forgiveness is more for OP than it will ever be the offender, but of course it is for them as well!! Forgiveness helps one let go of all of the negative emotions, feelings, energies related to the offense. It helps to recover easier for all involved as well, BUT it NEVER means or implies that the actions of the offender were ever okay, and they will NEVER be considered as okay.
I hope this taught or teaches Julie that although she has anxiety and depression that she must do what she needs to do medically to help keep the symptoms under control so this or similar situations don't happen again but continue treatment...AND NEVER allow someone to shame her for seeking medical assistance for those symptoms and surrounding herself with PEOPLE WHO WILL SUPPORT THIS MEDICAL NEED. WHAT WILL BE A GOOD WAY FOR HER TO FIND THOSE WHO WILL STICK AROUND, LOVE HER, FOR HERSELF AND ALL OF THE BIG STUFF. IT WAS THE BF'S ATTITUDE AND INSTANCE SHE GET OFF MEDS THAT SENT HER SPIRALLING. These stories just make me more relieved that I do not have sisters. My mom's half sister was a bit of a problem and two of my dad's three sisters were bat shit crazy so I've always been very glad not to have sisters. I'm glad that OP's sister is receiving the much needed therapy and mental health support.

The actual, real life version of this, is that the sister continues to spiral as her house of cards falls, and if it's a mental health episode related to maybe Schizophrenia, she ends up homeless and lost. If it's a quarter-life crisis, she could take her own life.
If I found out my sister was spiraling in such a way that she's latched onto my identity and "success" to avoid the reality of her own existence, I'd be CONCERNED. My sister is my twin, so maybe we're closer? But this seems CLEARLY indicative of a major mental heath crisis. I'd be so worried about my sister losing herself in one way or another, infinitely more than I'd be worried about anyone's physical safety. It's so Reddit to tell an OP to collect evidence to protect themselves against... a family member in need? Maybe let's settle down.

Exactly. I’ve experienced two family members with mental health issues. My brother and Mil. No one in both families ever considered abandoning either. Both got the full support of the entire family. Only narcissists and self righteous self centered slime would abandon a family member in a crisis. They have no empathy or compassion for anyone or anything outside of their personal wants.

It's hard to have a sister someone who almost you but not you. You come from the DNA and share a childhood so your shaped by the same upbringing. And it's also hard when your life is falling apart and the people close to are doing well. All that being said pretending to be someone else and posing yourself with their child and husband is appalling and horribly violating. Regardless of the circumstances or mental illness June was with it enough to know this was wrong. What she did was criminal and honestly she's lucky her sister, brother in law and parents cared enough to get her help and not press charge for identity theft.
This is what I'm going to say in the first story I actually feel bad for OP sister and this is the only reason why what she did I will agree is unacceptable but like I said before this is my reason why I get it loneliness depression and all that is a terrible thing to go through and a lot of people don't get when people pull crap like this is due to the idea of depression and loneliness sometimes and it would explain the behavior of the sister and why is she was acting the way she was acting but it still wasn't an excuse for the things she was doing because even OP is right her sister is loved and careforde on all sides especially by OP her own sister who'd throw he didn't have to take her in and the thing the sisters should have been doing to begin with is actually taking this chance to go back into a relationship and try to find somebody she could settle down with instead of wasting her time pretending to be somebody that she's not pretending to have kids with somebody she didn't have kids with and that's more on her and now because she's caught she looks like the worst person not only to her friends and family but to the people that she was closest to

She never owned up to it and then you let her back in your life. That is one of the dumbest things I've heard in a long time. If someone makes it up to you, owns up to their actions that's one thing. Not once did she ever. The non-creepy portions was the best she could do and even that wasn't even a half measure. If she can't own up to it, she certainly doesn't feel remorse about it. She can't even find fault in her actions. That alone should tell you to cut her out of your life permanently. It's all about how unfair everything is. Life's unfair, first time anyone tried to kill me I was 6 years old. I paid more rent as a child than my dad ever did. Life doesn't owe you s***. A s***** childhood s***** experiences do not give you the right to treat others like garbage. You're involving someone unstable into your children's life, That is bad parenting bare minimum.
