Explanation: Normally, when you get eliminated from a tournament when there are 6 people remaining, you tie for 5th with someone else. However, at Genesis, the tournament organizers had people play tie breaker matches. Scar had to play Mew2King to determine who got 5th and 6th place and Hax and Darkrain played to determine who got 7th and 8th. So at practically any other tournament, Scar would be able to say he got 5th without question, but because the TO's of Genesis decided to run the bracket that way, there is debate as to what place Scar actually got.

So just to clear it all up, in a double elimination tournament there is no 6th place, two people are tied for 5th. So technically scar was tied for 5th at genesis.

Chrispy x7 in tournaments they tend to not play the tie breaker to decide things like 5th vs 6th or 7th vs 8th. So most people (including scar) just say they won the higher placement. However, after playing Zhu for a tie breaker, he lost so he now says he got 6th
