Interesting. I’m looking into incorporating a mixer to centralize all my audios. I have a Flex 6300 and a Yaesu FT991 non A, that I want to send to a pair of speaker, and also to be able to use my 3 mics on either radios (Shure, Heil, MD100) and also my PC and headsets for streaming and video recording.
When you do that I had much better luck using separate mixers for audio and the mic. Interfacing with a computer has the tendency of producing feedback but once I added the small 2nd mic mixer it corrected everything. Best of luck.
I have the ZMX122FX mixer in my shack. My biggest gripe is the complete lack of technical documentation for this unit. They don't even provide a block diagram and forget about getting a schematic. You just have to figure out through trial and error whether or not Aux and Effects are pre or post fader. God forbid anything ever goes awry with this thing because there is absolutely no support.

Sorry to hear that. It did take a little time but all works great on my end.
