The do fix the buying herbs thing later, but it's *much* later on. In truth, it's not as huge of a deal going forward in the series because you get just buttloads of herbs from drops, pots, etc. You typically have a nice stock without trying. DQ3 HD 2D lets you carry up to 999. LOL Was worried you'd not notice they stripped your party down again. At least nothing bad came of it. Forgot to uncurse Eydelby while you were at the church. I think there's also an item that cures the curse condition in this one... Can't remember for sure or how far into the game you need to get to start finding/buying them. It's the benediction option at the church, BTW. Pretty sure that's a timed event, and yep, it's twins. One boy and one girl. Agreed! How are you the flippin' King and don't have the key to your own treasure room! There's a doorway in that one room where there's stairs down in the center and stairs up to the right. The doorway is in the SW. Probably crosses between the two towers.
Even being able to buy them at 9 a time is still an improvement. That was one thing I loved they improved with the FF1 pixel remaster. I hated buying 99 potions/antidotes one at a time.
