Wanted to tell you that I found another way to do this. I created a luminosity mask that also targeted the green color (via Lumenzia) , one for each eye and then use this with 1 or 2 curves adjustments to change the green into a color closer to the natural skin color. I then added the blank layer to paint color with a brush to make even closer. Thanks for the great tutorial!
i don't know why, and im sorry, I thought this wouldn't be a good video. well was I wrong. You're actually a really nice guy to listen to! Great video, with some actually good tips! Not too quick, not too slow, you just explained some near expert techniques in actually a very good and simple way, my compliments!. New subscriber right here!
Ah! So happy you have this uploaded, during an engagement shoot, we didn't even consider my fiance's glasses. They look fine in some photos, but in a few the reflection and glare is quite bad. Thank you!
Just what I needed! I had a photoshoot yesterday with a girl with glasses and I have SOOO much glare to remove! I'm gonna get plenty of practice at this! Thank you my friend!
Fantastic. Works great. One thing though the handbag went white presumably when the saturation was set to zero as green colour. I managed to mask it back in but did I miss a step? Personally I’ve learnt more from your tutorials than anyone else. Many thanks.
Thank you sooo much. I'm really about to search for a tutorial for this and you just uploaded in the right time!!! I felt like this tutorial is made for me HAHAHAHAHA
Your video was the best I have found in removing coloured glare from glasses but I am still struggling to remove the glare entirely. May I send you the image I am struggling with to see if there is anything more I can do?
Thanks for you sharing mate! But one question when i apply hue/saturation layer (min 1:29) it effects in all my image, including grass and leaves around my model. how to avoid that? use quick selection tool? Thank you :-)
Pretty helpful umesh bro . And the best knowledge i learnt from u is using curves😍😍 my concept was different about curves but..now I am clear from ur tutorialss video. Thanks man
another method from my side :- take hue saturation adjustment layer now choose the color from glasses that u want to remove & now deacrease full lightness and saturation, adjust hue where its suits best & then limit this layer to just the glasses !
How can I remowe glare from glasses one person when netx to is standing another person with green jacket... please help. In first step (hue/saturation) I take off color from both and from glasses and from jacket.
Definitely worth a big thumbs-up! Got one question - how did you uncheck rest of the layer boxes while the background layer stay checked by clicking one button only? To present the before/after effect. Thank you very much!
awesome tutorial, thanks :) I can a few pics I have using this technique but I have one set of images which i cannot get - the glare is bright and has huge colour spectrum.. any ideas??
Easy fix for that mild glare. But I get a lot of clients where the glare completely blows out the details of the eye...which can only be remedied with cloning elements of the other eye...and lots of careful painting....which is a pain in the ass, slowing down my workflow considerably. Anyway...I'm venting.
at 5:05 after you change blend mode to color the image still has colors but yours is black n white. why ... so hard to follow such simple steps damn, am following exactly as you are doing but stuck after 5.05
Thank you for this very detailed tutorial. I was wondering if there is a way to implement the eye pop technique that you showed a few weeks/months back with someone wearing glasses
I have heard many people say you can not remove glare from glasses. You just proved them all wrong! Thank you!
Best Ps expert on the whole internet, no comparison. Thank you for all your incredible tutorials ♥
This guy is just a natural teacher.
We thank you very much, you are very creative. We are learning from you. Please reduce the length of the video to facilitate learning
Honestly, I used your upfront suggestion of stacking a picture with no reflection on top of the reflective one, and BOOM! The result is great :D
Tell you what! You are Awesome..... No-one explains better than you❤
I have liked it before I even see it, see how much we like you and trust you ;)

how you did the brush soft and hard with mouse???
how about i use color replacement tool from Brushes instead of hue saturation. it will be more faster and accurate if i idrop the correct color.

Not the easiest way, but the best way. Woah~

Definitely worth a big thumbs-up! Got one question - how did you uncheck rest of the layer boxes while the background layer stay checked by clicking one button only? To present the before/after effect. Thank you very much!
that can be done by alt-clicking the eye icon next to the layer you want to show (or "before") while hiding the rest. repeat to show them again :)
awesome tutorial, thanks :) I can a few pics I have using this technique but I have one set of images which i cannot get - the glare is bright and has huge colour spectrum.. any ideas??
