I can tell you this, Allstate is the worst when it comes to claim time. Your in good hands when they are taking your money every month. Had them over 50+ years and never filed a claim until last year roof was leaking and ruined my living room ceiling and they only wanted to pay me $1200
My mom lives in San Diego county by the mountains and my mom's trying to find new insurance for her house but no one wants her because of fire risk. Do you have any recommendations for us?
If the company has so much money to spend on outside activities that means that they are way over charging their customers and I would have nothing to do with it. I am looking for a company that will give me the best bang for the buck. I pay enough taxes to the government that throws money away I don’t need to pay extra money to an insurance company that’s just gonna give my money away. If more people had their own money at the end of the day it would be a better world because people would be helping other people instead we are expecting these big companies to do it because they’re stealing all our money. I would appreciate if you would do a videoShowing a company that has great insurance at a good price.
Unfortunately there is no happy medium I’ve found. Most to all insurance companies are for profit companies just like Amazon and Walmart, Apple and Tesla. They take the profits and invest and spend lots of money on charity and advertising to grow. It’s mostly done to do what you want to do which is avoid paying taxes. The closest to what you’re talking about is a company I’m not sold on. I’ve done 3-4 videos on them. Lemonade insurance. They don’t do auto yet (coming in 2021). They don’t give you the money they let you choose a charity to donate to. At least last time I checked
Hippo Insurance should be considered. Hippo uses AI technology to accurately predict losses, underwrite, etc. Hippo is based out of San Francisco and I have heard positive reviews on their claims handling from my clients that I sold Hippo homeowners policies to.
Re. 'tracking' for evaluating risk assessment for a policyholders... that's a bunch of crap. We tried that with Progressive I think. If you drive a stick, and downshift to slow down in conjunction with braking, it's scored negatively. We liked Amica because they seemed to follow through with claims. Yes, I think they are mutual like State Farm Fire & Casualty. But, I think, Amica is very risk-adverse; they don't insure coastal areas, properties near FEMA flood-zones, and so on. So, if you live in Death Valley or Akron, Ohio, you can probably get an excellent Amica H.O. policy.
I really think it depends on the agent. I had Amica when I was in Phoenix and they were awful. When I looked into the location I realized that the office I was using closest to me was rated much more poorly. Go figure!
Are there any companies that just sell insurance and aren’t trying to save the world! I don’t give two shits anout anything other than coverage and price.

Have had Amica for several years just got my homeowners yearly renewal today over 400 dollar increase in the last 4 years time to move on
😳🤮. Def worth a look to see what options you have elsewhere

If you check my other videos, I have a specific video I did on CA home insurance :-)
@@ThinkInsurance I'll check them out. Thanks !
Yes, Amica does go back 5 years on auto
During the lock downs, weren't all these companies offering refunds because nobody was driving and filing claims. Isn't that in a similar vein?

Did you use the all or plug in device. I just finished the test drive with is the app and it barely registered my crazy driving 😆
Yeah, it was 'Snapshot' which plugged into the OBD port under-left of the steering-wheel.
Yea I was thinking so. The plug in device is going to get exact data from your cars ECU
do you have a link? for the Citizens insurance to get a quote
Awesome info! Thanks 🙏🏾
You’re welcome

Why if no money was paid on a claim wud insurance companies not insure
Amica or Liberty Mutual for homeowners insurance?
Do some research through reviews but either of them are good options.
Based on the reviews below you need to got back to the drawing board and find a better company.
Never got any money back all my years at amica.. never knew they offered that
Maybe you’re on an old plan 🤷🏽♂️
They gave me back about $250 last year
Hi, really great info,, what about Liberty Mutual for auto and home insurance please.
Thanks. Liberty Mutual is a good company to go with. I like them.
Is Amica is Michigan? A rarely see a dec page from them.
Same. I almost never see a person with them in MI. From my experience, they're not as competative in MI.
