The Kawasaki has a 649cc parallel twin capable of 68hp but is restricted to 48hp, while my Yamaha is a single 659cc 48hp (max)
Biggest difference is top speed.
@@xtiddie thanks man, i had a 650 versys and was good enough , and im looking now at the xt600x for supermoto driving type in very tight mountains, i hope i can have good fun with it. Maybe different sprocket and some tunning will help...
@@Angel-rg9dh Looks like a fun bike. And good choice, but some remarks, it is heavy but not as heavy as the Versys, it isn't the best as far as performance goes, but it is THE most reliable (sm like) bike there is. These engines will last a lifetime with basic maintenance.
As far as fun factor, you will love it.
I also changed sprocket, better but topspeed is pretty much non-existent, which I don't mind..
@@xtiddie yeah i dont mind neither , i will use it madeira island, so highway use is about 5 to 10 minutes, and many hairpins, i had loads of fun with a scooter here so i imagine with this... i want to get to the limit of the bike... which only very few riders do with 1000cc bikes if we are honest. Its much more fun to overtake a big bike having a smaller one. Anyway tomorrow i will test drive it. Thanks bro
