    Andy Roddick drove his legs earlier in relation to his racket position than anyone else and hence why his serve was a bomb.
    In my opinion this technique or timing tweak here will increase serve speed more than anything else because it gives you more distance to accelerate the racket explosively.

    Great observation Brian. The racquet drop is consequently of the up drive of the legs.

    Thanks for this Ryan. I was unaware of this until I started watching your videos. I am guilty of driving up late. Very much when the racket head is in the 9 o'clock position as you point out here. I find making the adjustment very difficult. Do you have any progressions to help re-train the muscle memory?

    this requires million of times practice. it isnt something that ppl know and can do it.
