    Do you have product recommendations for products with Panthenol?

    • @SHR2002
      @SHR2002 Рік тому

      Hello Dr Anne. Yes, I have a recommendation... it's Panthenol Extra, a Greek skincare line. I am currently using it and like it! Thank you for your video.

      @@SHR2002 Thank you! I never heard of it, is it available outside Greece?

      @@DoctorAnne UA-cam keeps deleting what I send as spam! There is at least one pharmacy carrying the brand (a huge range of products) which sends abroad. Just type in Panthenol Extra Greece and it should direct you to a pharmacy. I think the products are excellent. I hope this helps! :)

    Thank you for your video Dr Anne. Your scientific approach is much appreciated. I used to have a sensitivity to my ascorbic acid serum (20% AA) for topical application but when I combined the AA with panthenol (2%) my skin felt much more at ease and without any irritation. Hope you had a great holiday!❤️

      Thank you for sharing your experiences. Do you use them in the same routine or in the same product? You do make quite a bit of your products yourself, don't you?

    • @isabellavantichel4459
      @isabellavantichel4459 Рік тому

      @@DoctorAnne I use them in the same serum :) I do make some of my own products and I love AA and panthenol. They are pretty easy to get and formulate with and have amazing benefits. My brother started making his own soaps and has a chemistry background, and that convinced me that maybe I could make my own little things too, even though they are minimalistic formulas. Some things like tretinoin cream and SPF can't be made at home ufortunately but that's okay, and I still love buying and trying out some other things too :D

    Thanks Dr.Anne for this vidéo because often I'm confused between vitamin B3 and B5 Panthenol and niacinamid ...now it's crystal clear.

    Thanks for your vidéo. Since the last one and your answer, i did some new research. I thought " benefices/risks ". I am using now the biossance sunscreen. My skin is softer. And i'm waiting for the bondi sand sunscreen which is cheaper, with spf50. Thank you !

    Seeing panthenol on an ingredients list immediately makes me 50% more likely to buy it. Both skin and hair, TBH.😆 I'm probably kinda maxed out on panthenol benefits at this point because it's in multiple products I use every day.
