    I have a paved driveway. It looks nice and might not crack but roots, if any trees nearby, will eventually make it bumpy. And the weeds are never ending!

    200.00 per sf is absolute highest in florida!

    It's ok but don't like open kitchen. Need walk in showers in all baths. 2nd & 3rd BR closets too small. Back porc h needs to be length of back of house. Fence allowed? Would screen the front and back porch.

    Looks like a modular home. These were selling for 150 inland-210k near the beach right before covid.

    No HOA? Try again. You rent from the government and Property tax is your rent that they can raise whenever they want. And try doing what you want on their property without permit and permission😂

      Hm interesting point of view! So maybe you can look at it like a savings account… it holds your money, it increases in value yearly, and taxes would be like your annual fee. 🤔

      @JSGInvestments if homes always appreciated but you have to know when to sell and be able to sell. In our case we didn't sell on the up because we wouldn't be able to afford to buy anything else. We could have sold for 400k a year ago, now it's closer to 3.
