Davinci resolve all the way! Started with it and ended up buying the studio version and man it's one of the best software for editing and coloring grading...recently using fusion for vfx..it's tough but definitely the most powerful software out there..my 2nd favorite is hitfilm pro...they are doing amazing things...thanks for the video man.

@@NintendoMania Hey! i found a program called Shotcut on windows, it does what ever resolution you record in, or you can do custom settings. Its a bit of a learning curve, but once you get it its pretty easy. tons of youtube how to's!
@@NintendoMania yes the FREE version of DR and Hitfilm are LIMITED TO 1080. Jack KEEPS forgetting to mention these. Kdenlive and Shotcut dont have any limits because they are FREE AND FULL FEATURED. Ifoynd these the gard way so I'm back to shotcut. DR also doesnt work as smoothly on old machines and installs with issues in Linux. So I have to maintain a dual partition of Linux Manjaro and Windows.

I've watched soo many vids to waste my time as they weren't compatible either my device or the sofware so some include a thumbnail or text of what devices it's compatible with so you don't waste your time watching the entire video. that would constitute a thumbs down and Comtrnt Creators need your to watch the whole video in its entirety as it affects what's called their "watch time" if you click off before watching it it affects them adversely, if you watch it to find out they left out critical content such as what devices it's compatible for them they risk getting a thumbs down or losing interest in finishing watching the vid in the beginning as the viewer clicks off to go LOOK up what devices or software or is compatible with !
I need a free video editor pc without watermark, i don't have a dedicated GPU only intel iris xe graphics, if I record on obs studio on 1080p quality is excellent but when I edit it on video editor even though on 1080p the quality is reduced, I need an video editor which exactly gives the same quality as I record on obs studio
it isnt the greatest one but its the most simple and easiest to get, even on mobile,tablet and pc but i think capcut can do the job if ur pretty expierenced
NO WARNING and my HitFilm full version suddenly stopped with a message (You're currently offline). I tried to go online to sign in and it would just be like I hadn't signed in at all so I reset the password and they sent me an email to do it and that did not work. I can't sign into my account so I am sending a message via UA-cam to see if I can get support. If I need an upgrade then why not send me an email and why cut me out of my account? i got a problem, that i make MKV videos, but when i put it in resolve theres no accepting its "media offline" :( idk what to do. others dont work too

Hi Jack, when I use davinci resolve, my video clips are very laggy and take forever to buffer, do you know why?
You need to right-click on the clips and turn Render Cache Output on. It should show the orange bar above the clips turning blue.
