TOKYO KOENJI YOKAI PARADE 2024 - Japan 4K HDR

The TOKYO KOENJI YOKAI PARADE (Night Parade of One Hundred Demons) is a cosplay event held along the Look Shopping Street in Koenji, Suginami Ward, now in its second year. This Japanese-style Halloween celebration features participants dressed as well-known yokai-mysterious creatures from Japanese folklore. The parade brings the lively shopping street to life, entertaining visitors of all ages, although a few young children were frightened to tears.

Koenji, Suginami Ward, Tokyo.
It takes about 6 to 8 minutes from Shinjuku by Chuo Line or Sobu Line.
Koenji is a small town, but it hosts fun local events, such as street performances in the spring and the Awa Odori dance in the summer.
