I like it cold. Because when you melt fresh mozzarella, especially on untoasted bread, it releases a lot of water and makes the bread soggy

I make two of these when i go fishing. I eat it with a hot cup of earl grey tea. I always get asked what it is and give the 2nd one away to try. They always like it. Im American and i alway like simple things. Nothing fancy or strange like subway. Subway sandwiches are strange and cost like 11 bucks. Insane.

not really, in a good torch it burns cleanly and it gets just a very hot flame...i used it just for fun, but a lot of restaurants use it regularly...for instance to melt the sugar in the creme brulee
