I really miss the Bonne Bell Lip Lix. They had just the perfect amount of color and still a glossy balm. And all the choco, vanilla, coffee type flavours were amazing. So 90's! I still remember the ads in all the Y-M and Seventeen magazines.
My purse had pens (black/blue, but also purple, pink or teal ink), a scientic calculator (and later a graphing calculator), Lip Smackers and Avon Slick Tint, and some kind of gum. (I also had essentials, like tissues, a wallet, feminine products, drops for my contacts, etc.) I never had a pager or a Tamagotchi. I had a lot of the other things you mentioned, just not in my purse. 😁 I miss the 90s!

I can _still_ remember my very first mobile phone number, & my late grandmother's landline- but I have to look up my current mobile number - I think some things just get hardwired into us, & our memory-bank only holds so much....
All my kids had the giga pet. The schools had to send notes home for students to leave them at home lol. I winded up be the babysitter.

lol the conveyor belt nail 😂😂 my Lee press ons came off in Jr high so I took em and threw them in my tote bag, and had to put them in my cubby in my desk, and when I went to get up my knee, caught the strap on my bag and dumped all the contents all over the floor… Needless to say my crush picked up my fake nails and said are these your fake nails? I was humiliated😅😂
I really enjoyed this video! My sons were born in the early and mid-90s so this was a jaunt down memory lane with so many memories of things my sons ate and were into.
The wet and wild 666 was a staple amongst all me and my friends. We didn’t use lip smackers we used the wet n wild glosses and lipsticks with the 666 liner.
Big trend: Tiny Books. I had a choice of Edger Allan Poe, The Tarrot, Gargoyles of Notre Dam and Quotable Women to tuck into my Goth Box along with my pager, glitter, black eyeliner, lipgloss, mini pen, Post it notes, bubble gum & vintage cardcase 😎💋☕

All of these bag styles never left. I love it! In my bag, I definitely had a velcro or plastic wallet, change purse for bus money, lip balm or gloss because my mom wouldn't let me wear lipstick until I was in high school, coupons, extra hair clips or ties. I had a keyring with two keys & a ton of keyring lol. And something to read.

Wow. What really struck me with this video is that you were obviously a teenager in the 90s whilst I was a young professional and we lived on different planets. I don’t recognise about 90% of these things. I certainly don’t remember everything being so juvenile.
