i have the gold series, bought it last year. My burner doesn't want to turn on anymore. It stopped working after I used it but I didn't realized I didnt turn up the water source to full max while I had the burner on so it created a lot of pressure/steam in the hoses so I turned off the pressure washer but the burner was still on and kept heating up. Now it doesn't turn on, would I have to replace the preasrue switch? or what would you recommend me doing? thank you!!

@@neqarious4815 have you checked the voltage off the battery? This alone can cause a burner to not ignite.

@ I never had battery plugged in I would use it without it

@@neqarious4815 if its a 12v system you can't use the burner without the battery. The burner ignites off of the battery. The only other option that they made was a 120v system but most people have the 12v.

Hey, I have a magnum 4000 gold series. Followed this video and my flame is probably 15 ft tall. Real strong jet type stream. Also when the coils are over the burner it's not igniting just completly flooding the burn chamber with diesel. Soaking through 2 replacement insulation pads. Is the check "snap valve" in my fuel nozzle gone ? Can you recommend the correct size fuel nozzle ? Thanks.

The nozzles we use are 8.717-347.0 from Karcher. What do you mean by snap valve?
