My 71st Birthday yesterday and I do your spin classes and weight training classes and I'm so proud of how I look, but especially how I feel inside. I may be 71, but I feel so much younger. I sweat, my mind is focused, I'm so much happier and my life is fuller. I had to pause you and wash my sweat off my eyeglasses, haha. Thank you Kaleigh and you are a precious soul❤❤
I will be 71 this month...also a long time KCF spin and strength regular since 2020. Everything you said is true for me too! I usually end up taking the glasses off for spin though...too much sweat!

@fioriecanto When I bought my bike, my family told me I probably couldn't keep up, but now I've been cycling since 2019. I too love her strength training classes. Kaleigh changed my life and I'm loving it. We are never too old for anything. Happy Birthday.

I have been doing an hour and a half of your workouts every 6 days for the past 2 weeks and I have loved them now I am doing 2 hours every week of your workouts only. I have looked up so many videos and other trainers and I stop after a week because I don’t have the motivation, your videos are amazing and they push me to finish with you. I challenged myself to only use 15, 20, 25, and 30 pounds this video instead of only using 10 pounds and let me tell you I didn’t even know I could lift that until now. Thank you for helping me get on the right track. 😊😊❤
