God is always on our side. There's no true loneliness. But yes, it's healthier to have at least a few friends you can occasionally connect with then to be in complete and utter isolation always.
Maybe because it's your most comfortable state... being isolated. It's perhaps your safe zone, your place of zen. What do you tend to do when isolated?
@@fate3350 I think that's the main part of it. Jung asserts that identifying with any group inherently diminishes individuality because every (healthy) group is arranged around a set of rules that keep them together. There are no rules in isolation, so isolated people either experience freedom or loneliness, depending on how comfortable they are with self. Of course one can choose to express themselves freely around others, but it comes at a risk of judgement, which varies in impact depending on the consequences of said judgements. No risk has to be taken when you learn to enjoy your time alone though.

Lots of people suffer cause they don't know how to deal with being isolated It's probably a thing ... if you crave for sharing your emotions with people but you're not able to, cause you have no-one or you don't dare to speak out, that's where the feeling of loneliness sets in If you work on yourself in isolation mode, it means you progress and also that you have a rich inner life I think ;)
