Hey Zaldor. Wishing you continued success. I appreciated hearing your point of view on surgery vs changing diet. There are pros and cons to both and I think you’re right that everyone has to make decisions that support their lifestyle. I’ve seen many people have success with surgery that would not be possible had they chosen to just change their eating habits.
