Join us this week as we head out of Homosassa Florida for Summer Scalloping on the Scallop Grounds between Homosassa and Crystal River Florida.

In Steinhatchee we opted for "blackened Scallops" however in Homosassa we opt for an alternative version for cooking scallops and that is deep frying. Deep-Fried Scallops are an incredible dish that simple and easy to make.
After our day out on the water we head back to Mac Raes in Homosassa, after cleaning our scallops we add a dry batter and deep-fry for a few minutes. The Result, watch and explore the world of Gulf Coast Scalloping with us
