I have one little guy I'm about to upgrade to a larger, less populated tank. He has such a personality, they remind me of a Labrador retriever or something. Glad i'm not the only one fascinated by them!
I think the big tank could use an extra hide or two. Nothing huge but maybe a medium sized little cave on both ends would make them more active and comfortable. Totally love what youve done with it and I just subscribed!
Two weeks ago already? It seems like it was last week you got them. Time flies. That Aftershave is high end Sir, never mind Versace! 😉😂 It is great to see the Clown Loach now in the big Aquarium. Thank you very much for sharing Sir. I really appreciate it very much. Take care.
Ik never feed trough the same hole. In nature food comes from different directions aswell. Light out only gives more stress doesnt it? If waterparameters are about the same, its better to catch and drop the fish. Lot less stressfull. Same as 5 min. Aclimatising.. fish dont get used to different water that fast. Nice tank tho!👍💪
Would love to have clowns but I know how big they get. But having a 40 gallon as my biggest aquarium got to be a responsible hobbyist. Great video. Liked
Hi Mick. Great tank setups. Perhaps with the small tank you could get yourself a Betta and a nano planted landscape. Think it’ll look pucker. Great video.
not having a go mate, but i'd treat so worms. three of them look abit skinny and even if they stay feeding they wont gain any wait. i'd recommend NT labs stuff anti-fluke and wormer. great vid tho !!
Same as mate he did warm me in the shop one of them may die but I have kept it alive the last 2 weeks . It’s head has healed up so well just need to fatten them up. My old ones are like pig compared 🤣
Tank looks great bro I love the clowns I have a school of 22 clowns in my tank I too want to have an enormous tank just filled with clown loaches lol. Great content I just subscribed keep up the good work
Just watched your video. Yeh I agree dude, clown loaches are fantastic fish to have in any aquarium. I have 10 clown loach on my 300 lites American cichlid aquarium . Two of them are 5 inches in size and they look totally awesome. I love your aquarium, it’s awesome man. Great job man, best wishes from Dennis, retired ex Army Veteran .
Research. I rushed into the hobby only a year ago and was a nightmare for a few month as I didn't read up on it. Now have a healthy 4ft planted community and a 2ft planted aswell.
Hi. Really enjoy your Channel. I’ve ordered an 8 foot from ND aquatics. Going to move my clown loaches in, and get a few more. Can’t wait for it. What’s your nitrates in your tap water.?
@@MicksFishUk hi, no its only got colour up to the 4th scale which means it is an RTG yes. If it had 5th scale this is High back, more than 6 or across back, hence name cross back. 👍
I’ve got two full grown clown loaches that I rehomed with the tank I bought. I would love to give them to someone like you. They don’t like being in my tank with my African cichlids... they hide all the time and I feel quite bad for them. I’ve advertised them for rejoining everywhere and no one is interested.
@@tracyh1564 I'm sorry, I misread your post. I was assuming you were rehoming since they were always hiding. I have 10 of them and they are very active and social when we get close to the tank.
Thank you for sharing these beautiful fish! 👍🏽✅
Holy jesus Mick that tank is the bomb fella !! Makes my 8ft look tiny ! Nice fish too bud ... 👍🏻
Wow that tank is amazing! Perfect combination of fishes right there!🙌🏻🙌🏻
Love clowns so much, they are my second favourite fish, got about 25 of them now, got another one yesterday, pushing 10” 😁

Hey! Can you give me some tips on how to start a fish collection or how to start up a hobby like this?? Its just sooooo cool!!!

what lights do you use. i'd like that kind of remote controlled lighting system
Do you waterchange with cold water from the outside hose just mick?
Yer just cold water mate the water temp goes down to 21 so not to bad and within a few hours it back to 27
Your Asian Arowana. Is it a High Back RTG or just RTG? Thanks
Hey mate it was sold to me as a rtg. But as it has progressed it’s more like a cross back. Hope this helps mate. Really want to get 2 more 😁

No reason why you couldn't in a 10 ft tank but you just don't know how they'll behave all together. IME with Aro comms 7 or more works best.
Got to admit, they are a great shoal
New sub
The 2000l is Glass or acrilic and how thick is it?
Glass and it’s 12mm thick
