Can you provide some detail (or perhaps make a video) of how you exported the iphone LIDAR data as .ply files to then import into Autocad?
It seems the ceiling point clouds are blocking the plan view, and you cannot do much checking on items below it. Any workaround on this?
You can cut sections through the pointcloud with the pointcloud editor in autocad.
Curious - how powerful is your graphics card to do this kind of work? Would an RTX A2000 be enough - or would it need to be a 4000 or greater class card?

1-4” depending on scan size. Definitely bring laser to capture a couple base dimensions.
