  • Bigger tires, heavier axles, and loads of gear will certainly strain your Jeep Gladiators suspension. If your JT is as modified as ours, you will quickly find the limits of the shocks. On this Inside Line, we’ll show you a set of shocks that will not only allow you to easily compensate for all of your Jeep’s add-on’s but allow you to finely tune the suspension to best fit your driving style. No computers, not complicated install, just quality parts engineered to make your JT ride better on-road and off.

    Have the 2.5” on my JT, can only imagine how much better the adjustability on the 3.0 can make it feel. Love how FOX makes them so beautiful to look at too.
    Loving this build!!

    Ive had these on my gladiator for a year with fox hydraulic bumps. They have been great, I can fly through stuff like im in a sxs and still do crawling.

      Nice, that's what I want to hear. I went ADS triple bypass shocks and hydrobumps, 4" lift, 37s. Still waiting for parts. The next step for me is fixing the steering and making it tighter and more responsive.

    Excellent explanation. Definitely want to upgrade my fox 2.0 shocks to these in the future.

    This is what I am planning on marrying with the teraflex long arm kit and the fox bump stops on my Mojave.

    Would love to give these shocks a try. My only small gripe about it is when making adjustments. Wish it was more like the Falcons 3.3 with their easy to see numbered dials. These you gotta remember, feel and hear the number of clicks you use or plan on using. How's your new Eaton E-Locker holding up?

    • @DrivingLine
      @DrivingLine  Рік тому +1

      You get used to feel of the adjusters pretty quick. Thankfully, the Eaton is doing well. If it breaks again, I"m going to put in an ARB.

    Do you think this is better or the coilover kit from accutune. It uses 10 and 12in fox 2.5 ibs coilovers. The price is similar between that setup and these. This will be for my jeep 392, will be on 37s or 38s.

    • @Ali_Mansour_Editor
      @Ali_Mansour_Editor Рік тому +1

      Moving to coilovers definitely has some advantages. However, it’s a lot more work than just bolting on four shocks. I’m not really familiar with their kit, but I know EVO MFG makes a long travel one that’s pretty nice. The 392 has a lot of nose weight as you know, so those adjustments will help dial that in.

    Hello thanks for the video, I’m having the toughest time trying to determine if my Rockcrawler 4.5 inch lift kit on my jeep gladiator with stock Dana 44 axles and using the 3.0 shocks will work? I get confused about the up travel down travel measurements etc., Rockcrawler runs extremely tall which I like, in their instructions they call for a little bit longer length then what Fox makes so they might be too short? And I would hate to purchase them and not be able to use that bypass zone, I would love those shocks because I feel at least at the moment they are probably the best riding shocks on the market? Maybe I’m wrong? I know there’s other options out there like king which only has one compression adjustment then there’s the new bilstein‘s which does have some good adjustability and including rebound adjustment but I was told they are noisy they make a very loud clicking sound? And then there is the TeraFlex falcon adjustables which I’m a bit confused about? Looks like you have some experience here any direction with help would be great thanks again!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

      I’m now running a RK 4.5 with these exact shocks. Works great. Here’s my latest video on that setup. ua-cam.com/video/4iQCHkUDXKU/v-deo.htmlsi=92LPfuWPHwIzf-w2

    Wondering why the jks sway bar link broke? I run their track bars on my JLRU. I know they have quality products. 🤔

    • @Ali_Mansour_Editor
      @Ali_Mansour_Editor Рік тому +1

      The rear tire slide off of a massive rock and slammed down on the link as a result. Nothing wrong with their stuff. I don’t think any link could have survived that.

    I'm looking to put 40's on my Gladiator with a Rock Krawler Pro X 3". What is the secret to get them to fit? I have Road Armor Fenders with extra clearance. I'm thinking you have wider axles. Would you recommend to space out the wheels?
    Thanks in Advance

    • @DrivingLine
      @DrivingLine  Рік тому +1

      The wider axles help a little, but I have very high backspacing. So, I'm actually not as wide as you might think. You shouldn't have an issue in the rear, the front you might need a slightly taller bump stop. I'm around 3 1/2 inches of front bump stop. I still rub a little. Four inches of bump would be better, but I'm trying to get as much up travel as I can.

    I have a Gladiator sport with a 1 1/2 level kit installed. What would be a cost effective lift ? I have 35 inch tires already mounted, I think it would look better lifted what would look better 2" lift or 3"lift

      The links are working on the computer, but I've had an issue with them as well on mobile. Not sure what's happening.
