That is what it is all about......... I like what I see. I did about 4 years of track while I was in school. I was a distance runner. My best mile time was 5:28 and my best 2 mile time was 13:10. My best 400 meters was 1:04. That was all middle school and high school. I thought about doing track in college. But the high school workouts killed me. I figured that track practice in college was going to be brutal. And I decided against it. But I can super relate to this vlog. Track was fun. Very cool. Very cool. You did a good job with this one.
