You mentioned nothing about deducting the loan interest from your taxes as it can be considered a second home.
Kind of a big consideration to leave out.

I have chemical sensitivity so buying used seems smart. Unfortunately nothing is ever a sure thing. I could try to trailer and it not work out.

RV mortgage or a home mortgage is NOT a bad thing if you can make more money than your 4-6% interest. Make sure you think out of the box with your finances.
