I’m sorry, I don’t know why everyone is being so willfully obtuse in your comment section 💀 this was really helpful after getting gelx nails for the first time. I love them because they lasted wayyyy longer than reg acrylic nails, but that also made it a pain to take off lol, so thank you so much for this. Very informative, and I appreciate that you slowed down the process so we can understand
Thank you, I really really appreciate your comment 💕💕💕💕
A lil tip...If yu have scissors that need some sharpening, Cut the foil with them bcs it is an easy sharpener.
I never thought of that. 😮 Thanks for sharing!
Thank you!!!!! This is so helpful! And thank you for showing without the drill AND with. So so thankful for this video!
I'm so happy this video helped you ❤️❤️❤️
I’m so glad it’s still what I do! The tips I use don’t come off smoothly after 15 minutes so I’m definitely going to do 20 minutes and make sure I have all the color off my nails!
You got this!
@@ariiana.nicole thanks girl! 🫶🏻

Thanks for this video. It was very helpful. ❤️
Thank you sm I’ve been doing my own nails for a long time now and I would just tear them off non of my actual nails would come off but this was sm help
Yay, glad this was helpful!💕
Just getting into it and this was very helpful. Do you need to take off the Base coat the same way though once you're applying new Gel X nails?
Thank you! 1st time using Gel X. ❤
Glad it was helpful! ☺️😊
Why does the title say “ no drill needed* when you actually used a drill?
I showed how to remove the polish without the drill first, using a hand file. I then explained how the drill speeds up the process, however it is not needed or required.
are u slow..
@@stephysun no but you seem to be
@@HawaCoul lol.. ur slow
@HawaCoul i can confirm you are slow.
This was super helpful thank you 😊
So happy to hear that !❤️❤️
Hi. Do you normally wait a time period in between sets? Thank you! Loved your video!
Hi! Not always. Sometimes I go right on with a new set other times I wait a few days before applying more extensions. It's up to you 💕💕
Thank you so much this was so helpful!!
Glad it was helpful! 💕
Ik this is an old video for you but which bit do you suggest using that comes with the drill of you don't have the 5-n-1?
The Mandrel Bit & Sanding Bands that come with the drill is what I used at first. It will remove the top layer of polish and then you can soak off in acetone. 💕
Did I do it exactly like that no but the nails came off
It takes a little bit of practice , but once you get use to it , it's much easier to get off ❤️
No drill needed. *Immediate pulls out a drill*
As stated and shown in the video, a drill is NOT required because you can use a hand file instead. Therefore, a drill is not needed; it is just ONE of the two options shown & explained in the video.
You are stupid. She clearly showed that you could do it with a file. The drill was not needed but you could also do it that way. Maybe use your brains slightly before leaving dumb comments.
are foil sheets the same as aluminum sheets
I use foil sheets from the grocery store in the food storage aisle 💕
no drill needed
.
yes, feel free to use a hand file as shown in the video. Hope this helps.😊
This title was expessially wrong.
✨Two options were shown:
1. Remove the polish with a hand file (no drill needed, as stated in the title)
OR
2. Remove the polish with a drill ( which is OPTIONAL & not required )
You can choose what works best for you.
Hope this helps!
Why is it so hard to hear the video
It’s a dog nail trimmer and u used a drill. RIDICULOUS
That is NOT a dog nail trimmer ...
@ariiana.nicole hey girl. These hate comments are so slow omg. Like you clearly said that you could use a file instead of a drill. Anyways do you take the builder/base gel off before you apply gel x again? Super helpful video!
🤣
