why is it phil heath uses half your weight yet is way way bigger than u muscle size wise...in delts..arms....well everywhere actually .Im sure your supplements are not that different
steve ewer that should tell you a lot about the functional capability of both individuals - a muscles function is to facilitate joint actions in various planes by shortening and lengthening, therFor th muscle that can work against more load is the superior muscle - size comes down to innumerable factors including genetics, and btw jp is a monster sizE and strength

Heaths legs on the olympia stage were 2nd biggest to ramy ? this guy dont have those legs ? and he sure dont have Heaths size in the back the delts or bis tris forearms ? thats pretty much the whole body ...im just curious as both obviously do a lot of gear and this guy is very strong ...trains heavier ..or so it appears

That lat pull down technique is poor, I am always being told not to lean back
