The SB4 is a 7 liter big block motor built by Mercury Marine. It was designed to run under heavy load for long periods of time like in off-shore race boats.
I remember seeing this car on the T.V. Show RIDES. I recall Chip Foose wanted to paint it 2 tone, but after Joe saw it in all steel… it had to be all Silver. Love the updating, RS has done to it!
Absolutely stunning in every way. Loved the original build (except the wheel choice) but this takes what was great from the original vision and sets the bar for future’Cuda builds to follow. Said it before and I’ll say it again…..Roadster Shop sets the standard for Show Car looking builds that you can beat on daily or thrash around a road course.
Back in the day, my ex brother inlaw had a garage. He bought alot of old classics painted and fixed up and sold.Just a few old vetts,69 camaro, 69 nova,68 gto and a 70 cuda.Loved the cuda 340 with pistol shifter was bad ass.
Holy fish balls! About to listen to the JRE PODCAST, but had to see this this first! Perfection isn't seen every day. I love it. 👍 great job ! Ok time to listen to this podcast.
To see this car in person years ago at Troy's shop and to know that the RS team has refreshed it to its current state is just outstanding! This car is ALL OF THE NOISE!!!! Very well done guys!
That car does not want to quit. You think it's gonna dump somewhere, but no. It wants to go faster each gear. One of the best builds ever.. They definitely improved on Trepanier, and Foose's creation. RS made it better. Glad it was kept one color. Thx for the ride a long. That's Sick? He He!
Didn’t see much of the car I remember Joe talking about the front suspension collapsing and it wasn’t well built so he got rid of it is it still the case or is this a sorted car
I'm probably going to get hate for this. (I'm really not trying to by the way. Just being honest.) I love this car! I loved it when it first got built. Now this maybe just me, but I just don't understand why he spent all that money redoing the car and He didn't put a Hellephant 426 in it. To each their own I guess and the fact it's his car. An not mine. 🙂 This will always be my favorite Cuda'! No matter what!
trying to watch the JRE ep and joe keeps going on about the car, had to shut that off and find this. glorious noise. too much music at the end, i just want more of the high revving V8
Absolutely astounding bad ass killer Cuda, the sound of this beast is perfect. No cops? Unbelievable. You must of made a few phone calls. Anyways, thanks again Shawn
Fight Companion brought me here. Love the zero words and back country roads.

Just the wheel change makes it a 100 times better and it sounds bad ass
That Cuda sounds "Evil, Wicked, Mean & Nasty!!!" That thing has a monster stance and is beautiful as hell...Whoever built it, BRAVO!!!

Love the gag at the beginning. No talking, let's just drive.
Riding the clutch.
Exactly what i noticed, he’s gonna burn that clutch releasing it so slow. Release it faster man!!! lol
Gorgeous love the Barracudas. If they made them again like the the 1960's body styles they would sell like crazy. 1966 my favorite one.
Love the door handles. But then started doing few pulls and had to wipe the drool off my face lol
Just came from JRE this thing sick AF!
OHHHGOOOD!!!PLEASE GIVE ME THAT CHANCE TO ENJOY THE SAME EUFORIA ON THE ROAD WITH THIS KIND OF BEAUTYFULLNESSS!!!NAMASTE

Sounds a bit like a voodoo V8
For the first time I saw a proper engine start sequence on automotive channel.
Another great video, I LOVED the video of this car that Autotopia LA did!
Please, more videos of your builds, I love the work you guys do!
Didn’t see much of the car I remember Joe talking about the front suspension collapsing and it wasn’t well built so he got rid of it is it still the case or is this a sorted car

Thank god ! No lame as background music drowning out the exhaust note 🤦🏽♂️
Very very nice video, Let the sound speak for itself. Liked the quiet shots with the birds. Cudos to the photographer and editing, well done...👍
Nice heel-toe action my man!
I like that nice whine of the transmission /engine combined.
Those SB4s sound amazing!
What a beautiful example of mobilised art
Loved this car from 20 years ago. Sorry if I’m mistaken but didn’t Joe tell Foose FU no two tone paint?
Great job guys.
UNA SINFONÍA PARA MIS OIDOS.. LA RUDEZA DEL MOTOR EXCELENTE.......WOW !!!!
Awesome job, car looks and sounds incredible. Those body lines on that 'Cuda, are inspirational!
Nice! You guys need to shoot vids like this for every build without all the stupid music overlays. This was the only music I needed.
This car still looks Sick……………..fish
I think the driving lights would have looked better mounted inboard like an AAR has.
Yep, one of the unique features on the 'Cuda
3:46
Love the new and improved version!!!
Absolutely LOVING the new camera POV’s 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

That motor has a beautiful sound! I drive a 2017 Shelby GT350 and that bad boy can duet all day… 💪🏽
I'm probably going to get hate for this. (I'm really not trying to by the way. Just being honest.) I love this car! I loved it when it first got built. "Just the SOUND"
trying to watch the JRE ep and joe keeps going on about the car, had to shut that off and find this. glorious noise. too much music at the end, i just want more of the high revving V8
If I was Joe, I certainly wouldn’t be using the stereo! 😎👍🏻

So sick!! Absolutely love the way it sounds!
That radio would never play a single tune :)

Joe wasnt kidding with the sounds this car makes from his podcast with yall haha
Just pure excellence here! What a noise! 🤘🔥🇺🇸
These guys look familiar. Maybe they were on the world's biggest podcast recently.
We are Chevy guys and Ford guys but deep down dont we all have some love for the Mopars from the old days? This thing is fcking sweet.
One of the best looking muscle cars for me personaly. Barracuda's looking fast and aggresive. Beautiful beast with badass sound. Manual monster fish.
That sounds so good 🤤
Sing that in Church!
That mercury engine is something else.
absolutely beautiful.
Who would think that the sound of water boiling and popcorn popping coming out of an exhaust system could sound so appetizing😳
Its not a noise.
It a concept, a perspective
Absolute work of art, beautiful.
Just curious, have you guys done a project with the Ford Godzilla or Megazilla engine yet?
Nice interior !
Can’t think of a single thing any cooler than this! You guys are unbelievable!
SICK RIDE 💀💀💀
This car makes Kevin Hart’s back hurt…and by Kevin Hart I mean Mark Normand. Lunch.
