Agreed. It might be a lot quicker than an original elephant motor or 440, but instead of sounding like Thor's thunder, it sounds like an electric lawnmower.
The Barracuda bodylines were just utterly beautiful and the design was way ahead of its time. With its integrated door handles and, for 1970, the front, which was just intimidating. I would have preferred the original interior as well, but in the end, it is of course a desicion of the owner, what he/she preferres.
Because this is better, more reliable, street able, probably has air-conditioning, probably gets decent gas mileage... Take a step out of the time machine, boomer.
Engine kicks off some heat and that fresh air will help the compartment out for sure. And it looks right. Like the scoop on the 60s GTOs it was there but only functional if you got the ram air package, but without it wouldn't be the same
A very beautiful, sweet car.....well done. But I must object to sticking an automatic transmission in a car like that. If it ain't got a stick, it's not a muscle car IMHO.
@@RobertJackson-sl1mk to each his / her own I was not even a fan of those on the fastback mustangs, same goes for side pipes never liked them not even on the Cobra AC I understand its retro so I guess it is nice to still have some around .
The luvers were originally invented for aero dynamics each one helps to diffuse and smooth air as it flows over the back of the car, they dont produce reinforce but reduce turbulence wind noise and drag, or at least the first few cars to have them did, nowadays it's mostly just a style with the exception of super/hypercars.
I like it. A couple to many srt badges for my taste but still awesome. Just makes it a tad cheesy
You know the 1971 Cuda looks so good with the 4 headlights
70 looks even better
Just as the LS is the go to when you do a Chevy restomod the Hell Cat engine will be the go to in Mopar restomod, Nice Mopar👍
Excellent car. ALOT of your Hard Labor shows exceptionally well.
that is one incredible car , love the mesh of old and new.
Beautiful Cuda!
God that’s beautiful
Need to get your headlights adjusted bud. Beautiful car and I'm not a Plymouth guy but wow !!!
this is a dream
Absolutely gorgeous
Great restomod, very nicely done.
Nice! Too bad about the interior. My 71 Cuda’s dash was to die for.
This is a crime against god and all things holy
Agreed. It might be a lot quicker than an original elephant motor or 440, but instead of sounding like Thor's thunder, it sounds like an electric lawnmower.
No question Absolutely beautiful. Well done
Beautiful car. I want to buy it!
It'd be nice to have more ouside/driving footage of this beauty
Shaker won't be shaking anymore presuming its now attached to the hood. Might still help cool the blower though.
ONE HELLUVA CUDA !!!
Someone had an extra $100,000
I'm eating a salad while watching this

70 looked the best in front
You should bring it to Leno's garage.
My 1st car was a 72 cuda n do i miss that car!
Why not a 572 Ray Barton Hemi with a 300 shot? This is like putting 20" rims on a 71 Cuda.

@@jadensantiago5583 agreed ✅
i wonder if the shaker still functions as it did pre swap
Gorgeous
Cool car...tame demo
Nice looking car....just don't open the doors and look inside. That dash and steering wheel, daaaamn what were you thinking
That is the dracula...
Nice project 👍... But the Shaker scoop Hood is kind of pointless now..... Due to the supercharger
It is functionally pointless, I agree, but it's a part of the original cosmetic package that was a "HemiCuda". It just looks right to me.
I think it's brilliant how their apparently using it for hood clearance...

I have been thinking about you this for a while , I have a 66 charger I may consider doing this to
Sweet!
Is this in Wyndham point or southwick maybe Chelsea park??
Big Willie of the Brotherhood would give this hot fish a thumb up! Mopar Muscle 😎
Nice Resto Mod, Is the Headliner Suede Leather? When done Right Suede looks really good in the whole Interior like in Aston Martins.
How much money???
it's on ebay
one amazing fish!!
Sweet car💯😍💯😍
Nice car but the shaker is not shaking.
That is nice 😜
ЭТО НЕ МАШИНА - ЭТО МЕЧТА !!!!!
Is it a real 1971?
Nice car
Sure this is an engine swap and not a body swap?
A very beautiful, sweet car.....well done. But I must object to sticking an automatic transmission in a car like that. If it ain't got a stick, it's not a muscle car IMHO.
great car but if it was mine i would change the glass color to white or just clear for the speedometer etc and MANUEL trans
I would have just done the driveline, but that's just me.
Oh my god, porn on UA-cam and not censored?
The interior doesn’t look good 👎
Putting a modern airbag steering wheel in a classic car is horrific
It threw me off so fast I was like “whaaaaaa” then I was like why this classic car look like a rental challenger on the inside.
Who actually built this?
SoCal Classics
The it looks stock but it ain’t
Maybe
Get that goody ass steering wheel and gauges out of there wtf u doing
👍👍👍👍👍
perfect car but the louvers on the rear window Ruin the look
@@RobertJackson-sl1mk to each his / her own I was not even a fan of those on the fastback mustangs, same goes for side pipes never liked them not even on the Cobra AC I understand its retro so I guess it is nice to still have some around .
I totally agree CATNAMED SCOOP! Those rear window louvers are so UGLY!!

I would have kept it original.
Real kewl in black.
🐟+😼=
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😎😎😎😎
Fuck the hellcat. It belongs in a 2000 something challenger/charger not a CUDA.
if I ever get one of these ill respond to my comment
John wick 4 car
Love it but it needs to be driven like a Mans driving it ....not an old ass lady lol ...
Take that nasty ass steering wheel off
Who gave this a thumbs down?
That shaker is none functional. Its almost a ricer.
Ruined a classic
Tge term Hellcat wasn't around back then. Itcwas Hemi. That's it. Hellcat wasn't s thing until 2015.
