I bought this little motor a few days ago before I saw your review but it works great!! And my space is limited so works great for me. The price was excellent which is why I splurged and bought it. Just added my experience n case someone else is interested. Love your vids!
I recently purchased this: "LIBAOTML Adjustable Speed Polishing Machine, Multi-Function Bench Lathe Polisher, Bench Grinder..." it's very similar to yours, except mine came with a flex-shaft and a few Dremel-type polishing "Bits." Also, I just learned about the 3M or Dededco brand radial discs...these come in a variety of abrasive grits, and do not require any compounds...no mess like these fabric wheels. Haven't had a chance to set mine up yet, but I have heard many good things about it. I'm pressed for space now, and it is pretty small - so that's a plus. Need to add a ventilation hood rig. Appreciate your strait to the point review here, thanks...
As randy said, flex shaft is good but for high polish and larger pieces one of these are great! I don't own one right now but will be getting one in the future

I’m a Custom Knife Maker and Knife Repair Professional. I really like this machine for my smaller blades. Thank You for your review 😊
I bought this little motor a few days ago before I saw your review but it works great!! And my space is limited so works great for me. The price was excellent which is why I splurged and bought it. Just added my experience n case someone else is interested. Love your vids!
I recently purchased this:
"LIBAOTML Adjustable Speed Polishing Machine, Multi-Function Bench Lathe Polisher, Bench Grinder..."
it's very similar to yours, except mine came with a flex-shaft and a few Dremel-type polishing "Bits."

Seems like a good little machine! I'll definitely get one when i can. Pepe makes good stuff. 👍🏻
Oh cool well let me know what you think of it once you get it. 😁👍
I bought this motor and yes, it makes a mess but works wonderful for my silver pieces
Have you tried the 3M or "Dededco" radial discs?
They come in a variety of grits, and don't require any compounds - thus completely "Mess Free."
Love your vids. My polishing mops keep falling off the spindles. Any tips?
Question: do you need one of these if you already have a Foredom flexshaft?
Thanks for the video!
Yes and no. I use both, the flex shaft for the small bits and clean up and this for finishing it all. It makes very quick work of polishing.
As randy said, flex shaft is good but for high polish and larger pieces one of these are great! I don't own one right now but will be getting one in the future
I bought one that came with its own flex shaft on ebay.
@@GomeowCreations Thank you!
Kind thanks for the demonstration
Very useful information ❤
Thanks for the demo! 👍🙂
No problem 👍
I have one that I use to cut and polish opal and silver jewellery. It's a great little thing.
Very nice 😁👍
If I may ask where do you get the attachmentsyou use to cut stones?
These are now being sold with some mods for wet cutting. You think it's strong enough to slice neatly through some rocks?
I like it. It would free up some space in the studio.
What are you using now?
@@GomeowCreations a full sized like yours with a shroud.
Oh ok just keep in mind the mess if you get one 👍
@@GomeowCreations I can make a shroud for it and hook my dust collector to it. I have an industrial collector on the other side of the wall.
Yeah that would work.
How do you feel about the quality/longer lasting unit of the Foredom K.3230 M.BL Bench Lathe versus the Pepe lathe?
Could you use the ring mandrel set on this?
Can you use it to polish cabs? And use zam with it?
I honestly don't know just due to never doing that. It works as a normal polishing motor so if you can use one for that then it should work for that.
I think so. My ancient little buffer is quite gutless, but it buffs cabs and even fist-sized polished rocks with Zam just fine.
How would this be for a 950. Silver cuban link that is dipped in Rhodium?
how do you clean the inside of a ring? They look great on the outside but look and feel nasty on the inside
Like size not mess. Am considering
I know what you mean. The mess kinda sucks but there are ways to make it not that bad. That being said that's going to be all up to you.
How much does it cost and shipping
I bought a used polishing wheel at a roadside stand for $20 just a couple days ago. How is this $100 one cheap?
That is a great price for a used unit but not everyone can find that same deal. $100 isn't bad for a new one.
How to put oil in motor
Unfortunately mine burned-out last week.
Check your brushes on it. They are under the black screw caps.
@GomeowCreations
The first thing I did was to check the brushes, there ok.
Oh well that's not good. Did you contact pepetools about it?
@GomeowCreations
I've had it roughly four years, I can't remember where I bought it, but it wasn't Pepetools
That's why everything I make is just matt 🤣
Yeah it makes things a bit easier haha.
👍👍👍♥️
👍
@@GomeowCreations ThanK you 👍♥️
NO HOOD!
Yeah, I talked about that in the video and said you should really look into getting or making one.
@@GomeowCreations you mentioned putting some links in the comments for "mess-guards" to purchase... I couldn't find the links. Tia.
