Introducing the National Early Care and Education Workforce Center 5.23.23

The National Early Care and Education (ECE) Workforce Center is a new effort designed to examine and address the need for fundamental changes to career advancement systems, compensation, and ECE workplace policies. You will meet the leadership team and learn about the National ECE Workforce Center’s guiding principles, research and technical assistance activities, and unique focus on research-to-practice connections. Panelists from Child Trends, the BUILD Initiative, the Center for the Study of Child Care Employment, and representatives from the Administration for Children and Families share the vision for the National ECE Workforce Center and respond to questions.
