Lending wild asparagus a hand in settling in - Subsistence Living

Bonjour! Asparagus grows and spreads easily, which is why you can find them in the wild. Now that after almost 5 years our land is becoming more diverse in vegetation mainly because the soil contains less nitrogen, the time has come to give the wild asparagus a hand and introduce it. Now just hope that the asparagus plants will grow and flower and spread across the property. Yammie yammie 😋😋😋😋

Tja, weer een mooi staaltje agrarisch enthousiasme. Met lagere, middelbare en hogere agrarische school heb ik nog wel wat vragen maar van jouw enthousiasme ga ik zeker niets af doen. Tip: Probeer op 'strontrijke' grond is wat pompoenen te planten. Die vinden dat heerlijk en je kunt de hele winter allerlei pompoengerechten klaarmaken ;-) . . Leuk om weer wat van jullie te zien. Dank!

Ik heb inderdaad al eens pompoen op de mesthoop gekweekt. 18 pompoenen aan 1 plant. Jammer genoeg houden wij niet van pompoenen. ik heb wel een heel lekker recept voor pompoenjam van de buurman gekregen. Dat ga ik zeker nog uitproberen. Helaas zijn de pompoenzaden die ik nog had liggen niet gekiemd.
