Just scored exact same model for $350 at a local store. Someone must have messed up cuz it was sitting next to another one marked $599 both used... Im in their often enough so the price was honored and GODDAMN she fits the bill as my new carry 100% 👌
I've had one for several months. Mine only came with one magazine. I carry it in a "We the People" IWB holster. I'm always looking for a new carry gun, but keep coming back to the Micro 9. It might not be perfect, but it's pretty darn good.
My wife's is awesome. It has the extra finger groove and the sights that glow day or night. It sucks to field strip. But so does my FN 503. But all in all it's a great little pistol.
Depends on the model you buy. Some come with 2 mags. They break down very easy if you know 1911. They are a great pocket carry. I carry in my right front pocket. This is a hands made gun. It is not a model T that just comes down the assembly line. These guys are used to striker fire pistols. The Kimber micro 9 is a 1911. It has a hammer. It is very accurate. It is an awesome tool, not some high point.
it is a good conceal carry gun because of it size and length, problem is the limited ammo. If you fight 2 to 3 guys then you are in going to be in trouble.
Mine came with one magazine only, and I quickly purchased two more. I emptied all three mags at the range using my carry ammo without a glitch of any kind. That was ten months ago, it has not been necessary to discharge the firearm again. Because it IS a carry gun, there is no need to take it to the range or shoot up all my carry ammo.
Would you feel better if I carried on of my competition 1911s that I practice 500-1000 rds a week? Since you decided to make this comment, I am going to give my honest answer--you guys that argue over the best carry gun and the most deadly ammo make me laugh. If you shoot someone at more than 10 feet, there is a SERIOUS question of justification. And if you can't hit your target within a four inch circle at 10 ft, maybe you should hire a bodyguard.

Pretty happy with mine. Although it really doesn't like 115g ammo. It works fantastic with 124g ammo.
I use good quality 115 gr all the time.
Wanted to see how it handled hollowed point ammo to see if it loaded up the feed ramp well
No, you do not have to cock the gun. Should already be cocked when you carry.

"Make your rounds count". BEST advice EVER! GR8 review!
I have the Nightfall edition that came with 2 mags and it's my EDC gun. I love it and can't recommend it enough to 1911 fans.

Just got me a Kimber micro 9 ESV. Very happy with it. Oiled put 50 rds through it back to back. Great gun.
Great Fathers Days gift too
Mine only had the one magazine. Great gun. Shot really well.
Just ordered the shot show edition super excited planning on replacing my carry Glock 30s
Likes high grain ammo
Put your front sight dot on what your aiming at ( the more you know ) 😂
Dudes I carry it everyday in my wallet pocket. It's the perfect Conceal Carry Pistol and I used it to replace my Taurus PT 738
It depends on the model. Some come with 1 mag, some come with 2.
If you get a chance to shoot one with the Houge grips on, it helps if you have bigger hands. I've got two, and all of my Kimbers (6) wear Houge grips.
The STG comes with Hogue grips and 2 mags. Love it.

FC means federal not selor and bellot
Something feels wrong about having a Kimber and a hi point on the same table
I’m worried about using his ammo.. huh. Dude your making a UA-cam video and your worried about $30 or $50, you get the point
Four Words: Hogue Grip
It comes with 2 Mags and They are very inexpensive when purchased at local Gun or Pawn Shops.
What price ? What model ?
Some models come with 2 mags, not all of them. Sold many of them.
@That's My Two Cents they are very difficult to find but I have an 8 round mag for my Micro 9

You should practice on a regular basis with your carry gun. Shooting is not like riding a bike the skills degrade over time.
Should be shooting your carry gun more then anything you have.
Why would you not practice with your carry gun. That’s the dumbest thing i ever heard !!!
@@jarredgeis625 I practice---a lot. More than most people.

Glocks are not safe. SA pistols are the safest gun made if they are uncocked.
Right. Go learn something about guns goofball.
@@toddbray8756 Sounds like I know more than you do.
I noticed you didn't explain why SA pistols are not safe.
Only a moron would carry uncocked.
And my comment was in response to your idiotic statement about glocks.
@@toddbray8756 Still no arguments, huh?
