I have had Our Barley, Fallow Edition, and of course, the First Release. I have enjoyed all of them! I also love Raasay and Lindores, and especially Lagg... There are some great distilleries emerging on the scotch horizon, and discovering them is pure enjoyment!

I also look forward to discovering new distilleries!

Let me tell you we here in Arizona have a shortage of cask strength Scotch. Almost none comes here to AZ, Cali gets alot of it but they don't share. We get almost no indi bottles here and the few we do get are 43% and 46%. The point is I am glad to see these newer Scotch companys making a Cask Strength offering. We have endless options of Bourbon and Rye high proof bottles but nearly nothing as far as Scotch.

Currently smitten with a Lindores Cask Strength Oloroso Sherry Matured Exclusive.

I have a Isle of Raasay unpeated cask strength bottle that is excellent.

Without doubt….Annandale. It’s quite expensive, but the vintage range are special. Great review. Just a wee point, it’s pronounced, Air - shire. Slainte 🥃👍
